The television did not work. The bathroom is from the 50's all dirty and disgusting. When I went to complain the guy at the desk was so rude!!! Do not stay here is the only thing I can tell you. I don't understand people saying what a great hotel it was. The neighborhood it's directly in is full of prostitutes... More

The room was comfortable and the toilet / bath was exceptionally good for a 4 star hotel. Breakfast did not meet my expactations as it was extremely hard to find anything which did not contain sugar. The pool was small, cosy and warm. The neighborhood did not seem safe after 8:00 PM as there were too many prostitutes and transexuals... More

The hotel room was good, for the price, however the bathroom extractor didn't work and the a.c. Wasn't cooling enough. I would check in again but next time I would give a check to the room. Also at the check I had to stay waiting for around an hour.

I booked this hotel for a quick visit to Mexico City on March, the price was right ($1000 MXN Pesos or 55 bucks/night). Nevertheless, the bed in our room was pretty small for a couple, I think they gave us the smallest room. It was really tiny. The location is perfect to visit downtown, but during night time there is... More

Stated for 28 days in this hotel during my Business trip to Mexico. Hotel is clean with Good Food Quality, staffs are very helpful. Only problem is hotel is not having any room where smoking is allowed. I stayed in this hotel in May 2011.

It is a shame a hotel so perfectly located in the middle is the city with so many main access points is still sitting on the 60's decor and Amenities. I can see this hotel was grand 40 years ago. Did not had hot water one day, hookers very close to the hotel at night, old towels and so on.... More

The hotel is good. It is very lose to the metro station, and just a few minutes from Avenida Reforma. The lobby is very nice. My only con is the neighborhood. There are some weird people around the street, so if you stay at the hotel, watch your surroundings!
