I usually procrastinate in writing review after a stay. Maybe I'm lucky, that all hotels I stayed met my expectation and I didn't have the urge to write a review immediately afterward. But not this time. The stay itself was really good, but unfortunately, marred by the very last service provided by this hotel. The hotel provides the signature St...

Our experience at the St Regis was outstanding. We loved the luxurious room, from the plush towels to the steam shower. The location couldn't have been better for our 4 days of Mexico exploration. The breakfast buffet was delicious and bountiful and the service excellent.

We went here a year ago and can't stop talking about it. Can't wait to return! The service was excellent, as well as the food, the amenities and the price. We will be back. Mexico City is such an amazing place. We had been to Mexico several times before, from the Caribbean to the northern States, but didn't know Mexico...

If you have been to Mexico City you know that service is absolutely extraordinary wherever you go. Mexicans are good hosts. Period. Warmth and hospitality are the norm, as is the availability of good food and wifi even in open spaces downtown. Your expectations are certainly heightened when you enter a world-class hotel such as the St Regis. I was...

We stayed in adjoining rooms (1 junior suite connected to 1 executive suite) over the winter holidays with our two young children. The hotel is centrally situated on Reforma, with easy access (2-5 min Uber ride) to a large park, many museums, etc. Reforma is not particularly pedestrian-friendly, however. The service was wonderful, particularly the butler who provided us with...

Dear southamericantourist, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are glad to see that you enjoyed your stay with us, one of the many characteristics of The St. Regis brand is its location, simply at the best address in the city or country, and ours couldn't be better. We are located in the most important street of the...

I love my stay at the St. Regis in Mexico City. The staff made me feel like I was in a St. Regis resort instead of simply being in a city hotel. I did a 2 hour treatment at the spa and it was beyond amazing. The butler service was better than at most St. Regis and the overall facilities...

My husband and I just spent 5 nights at the St. Regis in Mexico City and we couldn't be more pleased. From the delightful welcome (with champagne) that we received from Jimena to the warm greetings everyday from Guillermo, and the delicious popsicles delivered to the jacuzzi from Sandra, the staff could not have been more attentive and sweet. We spent 3 nights here, service is as always great. They upgraded us, we're Starwoods Platinum, so that is normal. Also, WiFi is free for us, but I have no idea if it is included in other rooms. Nice pool & spa services also.

The St. Regis Mexico City is a beautiful property with great facilities and excellent food. Moreover, the service is truly special and personalized.
