Very nice hotel, the staff was the best, Lupe was really helpful and attentive, thank you Lupe. The room was great, it smelled like vanilla, but not in an overwhelming way. The bed was comfy and soft, I think the price was very cheap for the value you get back.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has created a nice new alternative at Santa Fe for my future stay. I was upgraded to Executive floor (who knows why) and that obviously improved my experience. Yet I can easily compare to other hotels in Santa Fe in which I have been upgraded in the past as well, and... More

I have now stayed in this property twice. Once in December and again in early January of this year. The service is very good, the rooms are large and suite type. I like the work out room and the food at any of the restaurants on site are very good. Great desk's for getting work done Very good value for... More

The Sheraton brand has excelled all expectations in this super hotel in a Mexico City suburb near the convention center. The room I stayed in was vast (a sharp contrast with some European hotels that lavish money on lobbies but squeeze people into quasi-coffins. The décor was ultra modern business, (browns and greys, targeting men?) with every amenity possible, including... More

This hotel is excellent for business trip because its away from tourist areas. It is located in a nice area surrounded with some beautiful restaurants and a big mall within 5 to 10 minutes from the hotel. Room service is very good as is the breakfast. The rooms here are incredibly spacious and clean. I was here for business, which works fine. But forget it if you want to see some of the City sites. Santa Fe is quite a distance from the center, made worse by Mexico City traffic. The neighborhood has many restaurants and shopping available, but to be honest, I can shop at... More

I have stayed in several hotels in this area (for business) and this is my least favorite. The rooms are spacious, but the fitness facilities, restaurant and lobby are all on the smallish side. The food selection is ok, room service options are rather limited and the quality of the food is so-so. The only feature I love about this... More
