A very safe and friendly hotel with a large staff that are always willing to assist. A good choice of restaurants with a varied choice of cuisine. Not all the staff are aware of the menu choices and the wine waiters in all the restaurants are not fully skilled in the best wines for each meal, this is not a...

This hotel is pretty nice, but the customer service is the worst I've experienced from an Intercontinental hotel on this planet. I've stayed in Intercontinental hotels in Asia, Central Asia, and in Europe, and the Intercontinental Presidente is the worst in terms of customer service. The hotel staff at the front desk have a tendency to say no, instead of...

We have just returned from a stay at our favorite hotel in Mexico City, the InterContinental Presidente. We come often to visit relatives in Polanco and this hotel is perfectly situated with every amenity we could ever need. As always with this hotel it is the personal touch which keeps us coming back! When we arrived we were greeted by...

Our stay was very pleasant, as expected to be for an intercontinental hotel. We were given a room facing the chapultepec gardens, and it was incredible. The room was impecable and quiet. I didn't use any of the amenities, so i can't say anything about them. Staff very kind, and very good location in the neighborhood of Polanco, ideal to...

We traveled on business to the InterContinental Mexico City in October. The staff was top notch, very attentive and gracious. Our room was beautiful and had a great view. The location is excellent and really cannot be better situated. Would highly recommend the hotel when traveling to Mexico City.

The hotel is a modern, business hotel located near the sprawling Chapultepec park, the large green lung in this vast city. The architecture is contemporary, the hotel being a tall tower with a good view of the city skyline from the higher floors. Within, it’s brisk and businesslike, with a modern, and somewhat cold décor. Common areas such as the...

Really good restaurants at the premises. The Chapulin restaurant was excellent with great service. Great view from you room to the Chapultepec park area. Rooms are in excellent shape with everything working perfect, great size tv and nice features in bathroom. The room was done a little bit late into the day, maybe the can work a little on that!....

First visit to Mexico city but this seems the place to be. Surrounded by streets of smart bars and restaurants and feels very safe. Rooms are modern and smartly decorated. Number of restaurants on site - including one that's open 24 hours...handy for jet lag. Gym is reasonably equipped but too warm (23c) and that's in winter! The city tour...
