Great location, clean, peasant service. Doorman, front desk made the stay worthwhile. The views from the forth floor restaurant are great, weather in the summer much cooler than expected. Very busy central square with many very nice shops within a block of hotel.

Historic hotel is so beautiful with the world's largest Tiffany glass ceiling, with a grand open interior courtyard with all rooms opening into courtyard which allows you to always gaze at this magnificent ceiling. Breakfast on the terrace provides breath taking views of the city, as you treat yourself to both American and Mexican breakfast foods to start your day....

Hotel de primera clase, no tengo ninguna queja. Seguro, limpio, comida buena, y todos muy amables. OK then I need to go english, this was an awesome hotel that provided good service, food, and the location is great. I will visit this place again as it has everything in its surroundings.

I have stayed only 3 days and two nights and was enough to enjoy the most fancy rooms, affordable, comfortable, an extremely fast and high quality Laundry and Tailoring Services, 24 hours security, safe and enjoyable. A great place to visit Mexico, you will be staying in the best location. Enjoy impressive architecture, very friendly and professional staff. There is a rooftop restaurant overlooking Zocalo. Very reasonably priced, great for lunch and dinner. This hotel gets my 100 % recommendation, go for it!

I was very excited to stay at this hotel. Lobby and room were impressing. If you like antique style and can not afford very expensive hotel, this is a good experience. The rooms are great but noisy. The best thing about this hotel are the wait staff in the Terrace Restaurant. Rafael B, Adan H, Alex Z, Gama and their manager, Oscar R. gave outstanding service. Fantastic!

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Beautiful hotel with wonderful history in the middle of of the historical district in the DF. Alfredo and Irma, Gama, Alex 2 and Adan were amazing servers. Fredi the bellhop was informative and helpful as well. All of the staff were exceptional!
