Service and location are excellent. Dinner on terrace was excellent with fantastic view. Breakfast on first floor was incredible value (fruit plate was exceptional). Staff most efficient and attentive. Room was large and great view. Agustin Panes was the best waiter in all of Mexico!

We were very pleased with the history and grandeur of the Gran Hotel. The rooms were nice and service was great at the front desk, housekeeping and the restaurant. With a view of the main plaza, we will definitely book another stay.
