The service was amazing, really nice people, clean rooms, neat bathroom! Great view, close from most touristic places, I had a triple rooms it was pretty big and confortamble! The food from the restaurant "El Monje" downstairs was really good!!! They offered us transportation service for a cheap price to six flags and to zona rosa!

I stayed here with a band on tour. Stayed on the 8th floor, which was nice because there was not much noise. In the morning at 8 and a bit later too I got woken up by cleaning ladies at my door. So hang the do not disturb thingie on the door handle! One big minus point ; the bath...

This hotel supposedly has 5 stars, but it felt like 3 or 3.5 at most. The location was pretty good, but the service.. not so much. I couldn't connect to WiFi so I called the lobby to ask what was wrong, and they didn't help me out; they said someone would come up to "fix it" and nobody came. Same...

I loved it here. The hotel is safe, beds are comfortable and its only a 5 minute walk to the metro. The green tea soap is awesome and they bring you bottled water everyday. Honestly I didn't get to try any of the services the hotel offers but I do have a complaint about the WiFi. It is slow and...

This is a hotel for those too wealthy to stay in a budget accommodation, but not wealthy enough for a luxury place. It is quite dated, with poorly-working HVAC, but a nice staff and decent location. We stayed in a three-person room, which was large enough and had enough hot water for all three of us. It is close to...

This was certainly a different experience. As Australians, we arrived in Mexico City knowing very little Spanish. The hotel staff were friendly all around. However only the people at reception spoke any English. The room itself was clean, and "okay" - not bad, but not great. We stayed there for 4 nights. Unfortunately the walls were wafer thin, and we...

Pros: Reasonably priced, spacious room and bathroom. Standard room amenities, including safe. Complimentary WiFi. Cons: Inconvenient location, definitely not within walking distance of the city center, not the best neighborhood, dimly lit surroundings. There is a Metrobus stop right in front of the hotel, but buses are uncomfortable and crowded. Despite the hotel's claim that rooms are soundproof, it's difficult to...

From Guadalajara, where I live, I was able to take a bus to the DOOR of this hotel. When I left Mexico City there was also a bus that picked us up from the hotel. It was a very nice ETN charter bus. The hotel was located right in front of a Metro Bus station and just down the street...

The hotel is modern, with good access to the Metro, Metro-bus and taxis. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby. Outside of peak hour, the taxi ride to or from the airport takes 30 mins - add an hour with peak hour traffic. The meeting/conference rooms on the 8th floor have great views of the surrounding mountains and...
