The service was great. The hotel is very clean and modern, only needs better wifi. They have their own taxi service which made for safe travel around the city. You can reserve the taxi for the day. I would highly recommend this place family business or just friendly travel.

Excellent location: lovely walk to the Zocalo, longer but superb walk to the Anthropology Museum, so many fine plazas and parks. Just beyond the edge of the Zona Rosa. Lots of places to eat, all prices. Safe. Fun. Hotel itself provides excellent service, including answers to questions, directions, more. The room: good bed, enough closet space. Small room but who...

The staff are very helpful and trustworthy. My partner left his jacket in the room after checking out - we returned to the hotel 5 days after checkout and the jacket had been held by housekeeping. The hotel is in a good location on a safe road.

My family and I were visiting home from Eugene, Oregon. We ended up just having lunch at this wonderful hotel. What made this experience great was our server/waiter: Francisco Cabecera Inosencio. He was so thoughtful, warm, and welcoming. He really made the experience the best. He just made you feel at home and he was tentative. My family and I...

We stayed here four nights in October/Nov. to attend the Formula 1 races and Dia de los Muertos. Hotel is on a busy main street but our room was very quiet. Its situated halfway between Chapultepec Park and Zocalo, both were about a 1 1/2 mile walk in opposite directions. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable....

Good location for access to suppliers and the airport. Good service both on reception and in the restaurant. My room was pretty small but well equipped and clean. Both breakfast and evening meal fare were of a decent standard with friendly waiter service.

Terrible hotel! For USD 250 per night you get a hotel that the lobby smells like a dirty bathroom, the floor like chicken and the room is old, lots f dusty...never been to a 250 dollar per night hotel like this. Worst in the world. Don't get fooled by the good recommendations, also food is terrible.
