I stayed here with a few colleagues for business. The first impression was nice, till I entered my “nonsmoking room” (despite the booking they first offered me a smoking room). When I turned on the air-conditioner it smelled like I was sitting in a bar full with smokers. Leaving the window/door open to refresh the air while not in the...

Room was great; huge, clean. We had a room over the Paseo so lots of traffic noise, think New York City. Easy access to Metro. Staff was helpful. Didn't try the dinner but breakfast was unexceptional.

The place seemed ok in the pictures but in person it was a complete disaster. I got the master suite which is their best room. My original plan was to stay here all week. We ended up going to holiday Inn on day 2. Couple of issues were. - the master suite comes with a jacuzzi tub. The tub was...

I got a special price for one week through Expedia $33 per night (I paid $70 for the same room in February 2016). Carpet is not very clean, the safe deposit box is very old and it was very difficult to close every single time. No gym, not good room service. Very problematic for transportation because protesters close the streets...

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. The room was clean and big. The breakfast was not included, but we had one breakfast for the additional charge of 160 pesos per person - good food and very nice stuff, but it's expensive for the local prices. The location of the hotel is not so far from the historical center,...

The building is very nice, more than 100 years construction. The service is great. Needs update. I was afraid to charge my phone. The carpet is nasty and needs to be change. Not enough hooks in the closet. Too many updates to do. While we were there, too much noise outside. Don't know what they are doing on the roof...

The hotel is good value for money, but nothing special- we didn't eat in the restauraunt! Nice old style interiors. We had great trouble getting to sleep because of the traffic outside. The staff spoke good English and were helpful in meeting our needs. The rooms were clean and very spacious.

The hotel looked very pretty inside! The rooms are standard, good value for money, but nothing really special about the place. We didn't eat in the restaurant. The room was facing the Reforma, and therefore had VERY bad troubles getting to sleep at night as the traffic outside was so loud! The rooms were cleaned to a average standard and...

I loved this hotel! The public areas were gorgeous with over-the-top flowers at reception. The service was excellent and I found all the staff to be friendly and helpful. My room was large (Superior King Room) with a dressing room, and, important if you smoke, a balcony. When I travelled in early March I paid only $85 Cdn a night,...

You can see glimpses of this grand hotel's past splendor, but even that is rapidly fading. If only it was kept up, but the carpets need changing, the lighting is very dated, even the glass frames showing the history of it's former glory displnly. ayed in the cafeteria are cracked and faded. This must have been a posh place once,...
