The staff was friendly and fluent in English. The room was clean and well kept.
The elevators were slow and small but that was to be expected outside the States.
The restaurant was nice and provided an adequate menu. I would stay here again.
More like an American 2.5 star hotel, but this hotel is not without charm.

Dear Almari, thank you for choosing HOTEL PF. We are pleased to know your stay was pleasant. We look forward to your next visit to Mexico City. Regards.
Spent 1 week in this hotel. The service was very kind and helpful. The restaurant food could be better and rooms are properly cleaned every day.
Neighbooring rooms noise could be better controled, but maybe that's just Mexico.

Equipped with some of the best discotheques, bars, boutiques and bistros, Zona Rosa is perfect for those looking to have a great time to socialize, have fun and be part of the great LGBT community in Mexico City. Day or night, it’s possible to spend the entire time exploring, drinking, dancing and shopping while being amazed by its classic yet eclectic European style. Reforma’s luxury hotels and world renowned
sculptures such as El Ángel de la Independencia give Paseo de la Reforma a wonderful atmosphere along the corridor, a beautiful place for a long and romantic walk.

No, the hotel doesn't have a car service. The safest thing is to use Uber or hire a taxi service. There are a number of them right outside customs. As of recent, you can get a ride for about $235 pesos plus tip which is around $12 US. Not bad for a trip that's about 7 miles. Compare prices at the booths because some charge $350 or more. And be sure to ask for a sedan. They might upsell you into a Chevy Suburban if you aren't up front about what you want. As far as tipping, I usually give the driver $100 pesos if he's friendly and does all the lifting of your bags.
