Good place for the amount we paid. Comfortable and clean room. Restaurant's food is good and affordable. It is located one block from the Insurgentes subway station. The WiFi signal is extremely poor. It was very difficult to connect to the internet in our rooms. That is basically the only thing we disliked.

I booked a night at this place and received a confirmation email. A few weeks before my trip I emailed them to confirm my reservation. No response. I tried calling the 1-800 number on their website. Out of service. I called the 1-800 number on my confirmation email and spoke to someone who must have been a third party. He...

I have been here a couple of times and their rates are reasonable. Very close to Insurgentes if you want to use the subway. Breakfast included. Taxi service to airport and walking distance to El Angel. Drinking water system does not work but I don't care because I buy bottle water anyway. I call directly to reserve. tried to explore...

This hotel is from the 1980's and it shows. No airconditioning, noisy rooms, deteriorating infrastructure, no hot water on certain days. The so-called 'business center' is a slow computer and a 20-year old printer. This is merely a budget place, certainly not a 'business hotel'. Even asking to borrow a pen at the front desk (there wasn't one in the...

I spend two nights with a break in this hotel. Location is good. Very close to underground station (2 min walk) , and walking distance to market (7 min walk), and monument of angel of independence (15 min walk). Unfortunatelly next to place is just a street, so You will not find room with nice view. Rooms with a windows...

We stayed here for just one night in between travels to different towns. The hotel was clean and reasonably attractive and our rooms were comfortable. We had planned to go out for dinner and a walk, but it started to rain and we decided to eat in the hotel restaurant. This turned out to be much better than we expected--good...

Spartan may be too severe. The hotel was clean, comfortable, has a great restaurant and an attentive staff. Convenient to the National Anthropological Museum. Have the hotel arrange for a taxi. If you're on a tight budget, this is the place for you!

Our experience at Segovia began with a 5 minute wait at Reception while the concierge (female) spoke on the phone having a personal conversation, completely ignoring us. It was only when I pointedly looked at her towards the end of our lengthy wait, did she hurriedly hang up on her personal conversation and reluctantly tend to us. It only got...
