We spent 8 nights at hotel Geneve in Mexico City. We traveled as a couple, and our purpose was leisure. We chose the hotel because of its central location, reviews on tripadvisor, and authentic look. The lobby is overwhelming, breathing this classical, old colonial luxury style. But... Don't let it fool you, it's just a façade. The rooms do not...

Impressive interior and service as if it decorated and conceptualized as the beginning of 19 century. It's located in Zona Rosa, city centre that guarantees easy access to public transportation and nice restaurants and sightseeing places. and also very safe even in night time. Police patrols around here in night time. In winter season, the room was little bit cold.

We stayed in the hotel as a part of a Family trip to Mexico. We wanted something special, and the hotel is charming, full of history. Ok it is old, but the hotel makes up for it through its charm. Our first impression was not great though. We had requested 2 twin rooms and 3 kings, this was just brushed...
