I stayed at the Hilton Mexico City Reforma hotel for 11 days. The best part of the hotel is the amazing staff. From the moment I arrived I was greeted with great people. The check-in team was friendly and warm and was able to accommodate any requests. The host at breakfast learned my name and greeted me every morning. The waiters were kind, remembered me and made me feel welcome. The concierge tried to assist me with any requests I had. I had a room on the 26 floor looking out towards the central Histórico. The room was large and well appointed, however the furnishings are worn. I assume that not all the wear has been taken care of due to issues related to the pandemic. One day I was watching TV and the power went out in half of my room. I called down to the front desk and they solved the problem within five minutes. I am sure that any issue you have, could be resolved quickly. I would recommend this hotel if it is situated in an area that would be useful to you and the price is right. You should know that because the hotel is located on Avenue Juárez, between the revolutionary arch and the Zocalo, any protests or marches will go right by the hotel. Which means, that the steel barricade walls will be put up. You may not know they are going to be put up and you may have to enter and exit through a back door. The hotel did not announce this ahead of time, so one day the hotel was just surrounded by a barrier. Additionally there seemed to be a special guest at the hotel and metal detectors and a lot of extra security staff were put in and around the building. This just made going in and out a bit of a process. If you are visiting from somewhere like the United States, these precautions will not be normal to you and may be somewhat alarming. Just be prepared that it could happen while you were there. I always felt safe while I was staying here.

Hotel's Favourite
OMG, hospitality is the bee's knees!! That's the foundation of an incredible stay! The icing on the cake is the accommodations and surrounding area. - Big Thanks to the entire team. Shout out to Miguel and Samuel - there are many others, but I enjoyed interacting with these two often!! What brought Joy: Happy Hour 6-8 pm, there was always a snack available ( personal pizza, chicken tacos, cheese sticks, etc.., and unlimited drinks. My favorite -margarita, and pineapple, and tequila. Excellent after a day's excursion! The city's prices - can't be beaten! It's easy, safe, and accessible to use Uber - from the airport and around the city. An Uber ride is usually 5 American dollars for a 30-minute ride. WOW! The outdoor deck space on the 6th floor! This is also where the pool, spa, and fitness center are located—a great clean Gym. They take pandemic precautions extremely seriously - with care. There are hand & foot sanitizers everywhere; you constantly witness staff wiping tables and chairs etc. Very clean and safe. Everyone everywhere wears a mask. Way better than the states. We stayed seven nights; I jogged the area at 6 am and felt safe. Lots of security in the area - almost intimidating. Our suite 2401...OMG, you all... all things lovely, the pic with the view is from the Jacuzzi room, Yes the suite has a jacuzzi room!! I wish I could attach my 41sec video; I didn't take pics of the room, sorry. Besides, upgrade and surprise yourself. Smile!! The suite is nearly 900 sq st and crazy spacious and welcoming with an intoxicating view.

Enjoyed very much my stay there, they were fulling booked which happens often, always a good sign of the quality of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and efficient, food at breakfast was very well presented and very good with an addition of a la carte dishes to choose from. The place was very lively and the restaurant downstair " El Cardenal" was excellent and a great introduction to Mexican food. Had the pleasure of meeting the Manager when I was there, a gentlemen called Mathieu which was very accommodating in recommending various areas around the hotel to visit. would definitely stay there again.
