My wife and I just returned from staying three nights at this hotel and we loved it. The property is beautiful and our room was spacious and ultramodern. The staff was some of the most helpful we have ever encountered. We ate several meals at their restaurant Anatole and really liked the food. The neighborhood is attractive and we enjoyed...

The staff at Las Alcobas couldn't be nicer or more helpful, and the hotel itself is clean-lined and modern. My first trip to Mexico City in 1983 involved a $7 a night hotel; this is quite a step up in both price and quality. But we were "double upgraded" to an executive room that was spacious and airy. Soft drinks,...

A hotel which has no iron anywhere in the hotel for guests to use cannot be regarded as "The Best Hotel" in Mexico City. Business travelers and even tourists need irons. The hotels alternative is to collect your clothes, iron then for you, and bring it back to you a few hours later. Not exactly a great service. Of course,...
