My wife and I spent three nights at Las Alcobas on our first trip to Mexico City. We could not have been more pleased. The hotel is cozy, sleek and modern on a fancy shopping street in Polanco. Our room was smallish, but incredibly comfortable and well put together. The bed was as comfortable as we've slept in anywhere in... More

We chose this hotel based on the Tripadvisor recommendations and it was an outstanding choice. I've stayed in Polanco before, but the location of Las Alcobas is particularly nice - easy walk to the great museums in Chapultepec park and many delightful restaurants within a block or two. The hotel itself is a very nice boutique hotel with comfortable beds,... More

Las Alcobas is a wonderful small hotel within walking distance of great restaurants and Chapultepec Park. The rooms are a bit small but extremely well laid out and full of amenities. I stayed at Las Alcobas with my spouse for a brief two day trip. After an exhaustive search for hotels in Mexico City, I settled on Las Alcobas at the recommendation of a friend who lives there. It's in the details, right? Wow - the bathroom! Everything about it was extraordinary, from the multiple shower heads spraying horizontally and the rain shower head to the exquisite blue marble tile throughout. I took two showers each of the the three days of my stay. I brought one of the bar soaps home, so I'm still enjoying my visit.... More

We enjoyed our three night stay at Las Alcobas immensely. Unlike another reviewer, we found the bed heavenly and enjoyed our best sleep in a very long time! We stayed in the Presidente Masaryk suite which was luxuriously appointed and very spacious.
