Coming from a perspective of someone who has worked in fine hotels and resorts for many years - I have to say this hotel surpassed all expectations we had. The hotel itself is physically impeccable for starters. The rooms have vast floor to ceiling windows and beautiful interior design. We stayed in the luxury room that came with access to the Millasime lounge on the 36th floor with breathtaking views of the city. However, the absolute best part of our entire stay that is making us want to come back to this hotel was the staff at the Millasime lounge. Specifically, Natalia and Santiago went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. They entertained us, made us specifically requested cocktails, and made us feel more welcome than ever. Even on the day when we couldn’t make it to the lounge due to feeling sick, they brought us seltzers and little souvenirs to take home - this was the true highlight of my entire trip. The level of attention and care I experienced by these two lovely people is truly what separates one 5 star hotel from another. I can’t wait to come back!…

Impeccable service, impeccable property! The hospitality extended by everyone at this property is unsurpassed! I want to point out a particular employee, Juan Carlos! We were on east coast time and request coffee service at 5AM. Juan Carlos who works the overnight shift - in room dining, could not have been more wonderful! He exemplifies hospitality! I loved my time in Sofitel Mexico City. A special thanks to the 36th floor Club Millesime staff (Luis Eduardo, Santiago, Laura, Sofia, Maria, Natalia, and Frida) for making my stay one of the best. We came to Mexico for my moms birthday. And from the get go we were greeted with INCREDIBLE kindness and attention to details. We went to the rooftop bar which is a must visit, breathtaking views. Also after every day of excursions we used the pool which I must say was our favorite part of our already beyond amazing stay. Alexis and Noemi get a special shout out as they made us feel so special and totally exceeded our expectations as to what is pool service. The food and drinks were amazing there as well. Lastly I had breakfast at Balta every morning, staff incredibly kind (as everyone is at Sofitel) and the food is so good, don’t miss the breakfast either. Beyond that, the rooms were beautiful and well appointed. The beds and pillows were not as soft as I usually like but all the positive and amazing service and amenities we experienced at Sofitel still makes me rate this experience 10 stars. The staff at the Sofitel were amazing, always helpful. The rooms were spectacular with amazing views! The complimentary breakfast never disappointed it was always very good. I would like to especially thank the entire staff in the Club Millesime Natalia and Santiago were the best, both made the whole experience something to look forward to after a long day at work! Natalia some how made us feel like family and not just a customer! Nice touch in this busy world we live in! Thanks again to the entire staff, but especially to Natalia and Santiago for briefly welcoming us into their lives, and making ours that much better!!

We traveled to Mexico City for holidays as a family of 3 , including 4 year old child . The hotel staff was amazing , particularly Samuel , the bellboy . He took care of us all day long from helping with luggage, transportation, advice on a restaurant and just a simple smile and talking to our son every day meant a lot . Also on our last day we dined at Balta and Daniel, Dariana , Rocto went above and beyond and surprised us with birthday song and champagne. We spent a lot of time at the pool and the young man who works there was wonderful, he was so kind to our son , brought little surprises for him and told us a lot about Mexican culture . Really a great team of wonderful people . Also we enjoyed complimentary ice cream in the afternoon , rood top breakfast and concierge service . Thank you Sofitel…

My family and I had the BEST EXPERIENCE staying at the Sofitel Reforma. It is truly a 5 star experience staying here. First off, when you arrive into the hotel, the service is top notch and very welcoming. Andre, helped us get our bags and brought us to the lobby for check-in. Throughout the whole stay, he was very helpful! When we arrived at our room, we even had a little surprise for my daughter, we were celebrating her 4th birthday. Small touches like this made the experience very memorable. The room was spacious, clean and had a great view. The housekeeping staff were also very attentive and brought things really quickly to the room. That was a nice touch since most hotels in the US, housekeeping takes forever to bring things up and always need constant reminders, but the service here was wonderful. We booked through AMEX so we got complimentary breakfast at the Balta restaurant. Each morning we went down, there were plenty of food options and staff were very attentive. Shout out to Raul, V. Carlos and Rico (under Fatima) who were super awesome and provided top notch service. Since it was my daughter's birthday - they got her a few goodies which was much appreciated. She felt very special. And of course have to give a shout out to Juan Pablo from guest relations. Juan was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. He made sure we had everything we needed and was always very engaging. Thank you Juan! You made our stay amazing! Overall, great experience and I highly suggest staying here! First my stay. It was a magical experience, the pillows are great, not too slim nor too big just perfect for a deep sleep. The view of El Angel de Independencia from the room was spectacular. Since you arrive to the motor lobby everybody is attentive and welcoming, the checking process is quick and pleasant. The food, Balt for break fast and lunch is delicious, the croque madame is to die for!!!! If you have dinner at Bajel the Onion soup is magnifique!!! The Hotel is located on reforma the main avenue of manioc city near the most popular and trendy areas. During my stay I also worked delivery a trining for a client in the Versailles room on the 40th floor. Spectacular view. AV system worked without a glitch, the ambassadors all support responsive in case anybody needed anything, and there were no technical issues. The coffee break service always stocked with delicious goodies and sodas, water and coffee. Perfect hotel for staying to enjoy the city and also to host an event. …
