Very good location close to Reforma. Clean facilities. Good service with a parking lot. Easy check-in and check-out. Will probably come back on our next journey. Checking out late (1pm) allowed us to enjoy the Maison Kaiser restaurant nearby.

The location is excellent, very convenient to get to/from airport via Uber. Many nice areas within walking distance, good restaurants etc. WiFi is pretty good. Daily housekeeping service is top-notch. Small fitness room on roof level (note - no swimming pool). Comfortable beds with a good number of pillows. Minor issues with toilet not flushing properly and some noise issues...

Need to say more? Yes, some remodeling construction going on at entrance, not best welcoming feeling. Clean rooms and superb location for the low price makes you overlook that construction; short walk to reforma's main attractions and immediate public transportation. Swimming pool (*not working) will be remodeled into a new hotel add-on area ..blah blah. Bottom line; location.

What a great location for this hotel. In the heart of the action that is reforma. Only issue was one night when a fellow guest decided to get stinking dunk and got so sick he kept us up all night. Staff wasn't discrete, talking in the hallway at a loud pitch. Other than that night our stay was great with...

First visit, but compares poorly with nearby hotels with similar offering. Rooms a bit dated, breakfast ritual a bit odd made more so due to separate payment system: could not charge to room. On my last morning I went round the corner to a coffee shop for breakfast instead. Free wifi. Overall just alright, but has potential to be great....

If you're passing through the DF on quick business and don't really care about where you stay, let alone plan to spend any time in your hotel room other than simply to crash, wash, and leave without so much as glancing at the stains on the walls, then this place will suit you just fine. If, however, you'd like to...

The hotel is so cold and especially rooms. You will hate to have bath. And everything in the room is old like towels. The good thing of the hotel is only employee. Thanks to them for their hospitality.

this was the third time I've stayed here. A friend I'm traveling with books it. This five night stay this week produced, yet again, 3 days of no hot water, no phone usage for the first three days and the toilet would not flush without me holding down the handle for almost a full minute. The carpet was so dirty...

The worst service you can find in the city. Completely not representative of how Mexicans are. The worst hotel I stayed. Really a waste of money. Please skip this place. I regret I follow the advice of one friend. Just for the location in the city. First not early checkin available. People in the front desktop weren't nice at all...

Casa Inn Hotel is well located on Rio Lerma and good value for money. What surprises me is the fact that in all Hotels that I stay there is a request to only place the towels in the floor should you need them changed or hang them up for reuse... Considering the environment I always hang my towels up for...
