The location of the hotel is fantastic, really great neighborhood to walk around and explore. The rooms were fantastic and everyone was very friendly and helpful! This place felt like a wonderful oasis in the midst of the city!

Villa condesa is a charming, cosy and well located hotel. The neighbourhood is safe and full of nice restaurants and bars at less than 10 minutes walking distance. The staff is very friendly and make everything to please us. We will come back!

We stayed here for 5 days in July and were pleased with the service, food, location, and our room. The included breakfast was tasty and varied each day. Hector and Armando were great hosts, and Armando provided us with a personalized tour of the Teotihuacan pyramids (in English) and took us to the Frieda Kahlo museum and dropped us off...

The Hotel itself is a little hidden behind a solid gate, so at first it was hard to find. Once we were sure we had the address right, we hit the buzzer and were welcomed at the gate immediately! Inside the walls is a CHARMING boutique hotel with a lovely garden restaurant. Our room was gorgeous and unique, just like...

Stayed here in July and have nothing but good things to say. Beautifully decorated, warm staff and amazing food. Would stay here over and over again. It also feels very secure. Behind a locked gate leading to a courtyard.

This boutique hotel is simply fabulous -- The grounds and the rooms are gorgeous - as soon as you walk in it feels like home. It is in a convenient & quiet location in a beautiful area. They serve a delicious breakfast with incredible service. They also go above and beyond to be good to their guests. Stay here, the...

Recently we had the pleasure of staying five nights at Hotel Condesa and boy was it an absolute gem of a place! The location is really good in the central part of Condessa really close to Roma and all of the brilliant restaurants bars and cafes that go with it. But what is most notable is the quality of this...

Quiet neighborhood (wake up( to birdsong!), yet near to sites. A lovely park (Parque Espana) just 2 blocks away. Hector is the best! Speaks perfect English, and will help with whatever you need (with a huge smile!). The hotel is a converted house, so you really do feel as if you are at home.... Modern and clean.

Very nice historic hotel, great attention to detail in decor. The service was top as well. Breakfasts are amazing and they have a changing special every day too, so you have a chance to try local dishes. The only negative is that since the rooms are based around the internal light well / staircase, the acoustics is very unforgiving if...
