This is one of the many Business properties in Mexico City, they have huge rooms, free wifi, GYM, pool, bar and also a good buffet, the price is not really cheap but they have enough services than you get for the payment
We usually stay with family in Mexico City, so I don't really have enough experience with hotels here to compare. My review is based on my personal opinions, desires, and thoughts.
The staff here is really 5 star caliber. From the front desk to housekeeping...More
We choose this hotel among others in the area and booked 10+ rooms for the bride and her party, the groom, and family coming from several areas and the US. We even got an extra room for the stylist to prepare for the wedding reception...More
If you are planning to be in the South of the city - this is the right option.
Rooms are clean and big, safe area and very near ( well, distance is relative in Mexico city) Xochimilco, San Angel, Coyoacan, etc. We might travel again...More
After several attempts, they could never solve my need. You can support bad service but when you send emails and make calls and they can not solve the problem, it is terrible. I do not think I'll stay in that chain of hotels anymore.
Once you step into Coyoacán (“Land of the Coyotes”) you'll find picturesque parks and cantinas that will transport you back to the colonial era thanks to the brick and stone details of the area. Iconic writers such as Trotsky and great painters like Frida Kahlo seeked refuge and inspiration in this area, and you can see the unique spirit of this neighborhood reflected in its colorful market where nieves, sopes
and all kinds of traditional 'antojitos' are a must try. Restaurants and cafés throughout its peaceful paved streets contain traditional but unique murals and decorations, where one can enjoy a mezcal at noon or the best churros with a cup of coffee.

Yes, they have some staff members who speak English. The hotel is about 2 km away from Estadio Azteca so I think you can walk it. You just have to get a map (or use maps on your smartphone) so you know which way to go.

I believe the official policy is non-smoking. I think that's one of the reasons I picked it. During my stay, I didn't see or smell anyone smoking inside the building. I would have noticed since it's a huge trigger for my migraines and clusters.
