It is an old refurbished hotel, but it has nice rooms. The restaurant is not that good and rooms doesn't have A/C (which could be a problem in summer). It has free WiFi, which is always appreciated. As you need to have the window open, the sounds of outside and other rooms can be heard. Overall, a good place to...

All in all, it's a very basic hotel and is in need of major renovation. Rooms are very old and outdated despite the outer corridors having been renovated. Front desk staff are hit and miss. The restaurant at this place was quite good actually, especially for breakfast. Will say though that the hotel is in an EXTREMELY noisy location and...

Okay location, a few nice restaurants and food stands close by. however it was SO noisy. Cars and sirens going past all night. Lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was also nice. Personally I wouldn't return.

Although it is no fault of the hotel, it is located at a busy thoroughfare, and during my stay, I was subjected to the constant and frightening emergency ambulance sirens, day and night. I enjoyed the many food stands nearby, but felt more or less a prisoner in my small room everyday, around 4pm onward. Mexico City is no longer...

Great Location at busy intersection. Double insulated glass on Insurgentes side (with jacuzzi) room so no street noise. Great price when on sale. Normal rate is a tad bit overpriced for the area. German restaurant on street level. Close to Metrobus stop!

This hotel is located about 2 blocks from Parque Mexico, very close to Insurgentes. It is the least expensive hotel in the Hippodrome area, and a good choice if this is the part of the city you want to visit. The room was clean, the king sized bed was comfortable, and the hotel seemed to be well maintained. The staff...

Fantastic value. I believe we paid about $55 USD per night, which was a ludicrous bargain. I was ready to shell out over $100 for a cutesy bed an breakfast, and while that would have been nice, Hotel Roosevelt was a great way to cut costs. For our money, we received a clean, simple, modern room in a happening area...

The hotel has been renovated and the rooms look new, a bit tiny but for whom just needs a bed with a desk this is fine. Clean, good breakfast, safe, geographically well located next to many bars and restaurants in walking distance and not that far from metro for a fair price Only thing: it seems to work a bit...
