My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Hotel Roosevelt! Excellent location if you want to explore the city. The hotel restaurant serves great breakfast and the service was terrific. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff friendly .

Very well loated (Condesa & Hippodromo). Cheap rate. Good quality room with excellent quality kingsize beds. A major part of the staff speak english One drawback is the noise of the Insurgentes Sur street. Conclusion : You can go ahead.

Our room did on the first floor- went in and out though and was a little spotty. If you are by the router, it might be better. Also it's an open network (no password required) so anyone wanting to steal personal info can do... More

No, but the hotel has a cafeteria inside of the building, very convenient for breakfasts
