The key positive feature of this hotel is the staff, who bend over backwards to accomodate requests and fix mistakes or problems, they were all charming. This was my first stay at a W Hotel and I wouldn't stay in another for business. The music was intolerably loud, even in the restaurant, making it impossible to have a quiet meeting...

Like with any city the size of Mexico City, location is important. The W is located in a very nice part of town, next door to the JW Marriott and within walking distance to the Intercontinental Presidente and the new Hyatt. The area is full of restaurants and bars and generally safe. So location is one of this hotel's biggest...

This weird feeling when everything in the room has a big pricetag on it — thanks for reminding me that i have to pay for everything. Low temperature, aircon in Fahrenheits (eh?), cold floors, loud music in lobby, poor choice in breakfast (but you can pay more), low water pressure, long time to wait for hot water (it will be...

We stayed one night due to some unforeseen troubles at home, I choose the W because I knew they were the only pet friendly hotel near me - I stayed with my 50 kg Newfie and we had a blast. They made us feel unbelievably welcome everywhere, the service was impeccable, friendly, efficient and fairly swift. The rooms are incredibly...
