The rate vs. the location made us take this hotel. Great for short business trips, not so great for family. The breakfast is the same every day, so you get tired by the third. The good: Right on Reforma, next to 222 Mall and the Turibus stop. Clean, functional rooms. The bad: Front desk staff needs to get back to...

Great spacious rooms, lovely view in eith floor towards Reforma and the big avenue. Friendly staff, good breakfast and a great location close to the aiport, zona rosa, Polanco and with a good mall right next door to step in once business is over!

Great location in Mexico City within walking distance. The service was excellent with plenty of night life and good food. The hotel is about a 30 min cab ride to the Airport. The hotel staff was nice.

This is still my go to hotel for business in this area of Mexico City(Reforma). Negatives, can't really hold small meetings of 3 or 4 guests in coffee area upstairs, unlike other Holiday Inn Express locations I stay at, this location shuts down completely, no coffee or hot water urns (tea) to serve yourself. If you go to the machines...

What a location! Couldn't be better. The hotel is located in the best part of the Reforma area. The Best of cafes, restaurants and tourist places are at a walking distance from the hotel. One feels very lively and energised standing in front of the hotel and observing the youthful and smartly dressed Mexicans walk by for work. On Sunday...

I had just received my Platinum status with IHG and decided to switch to a Holiday Inn in Mexico City. They gave me a room on the 7th floor facing a cement structure. Horrible view. I called downstairs to see if they could change it, but they told me it was full. Then I went to the bathroom and the...

As you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express, this hotel is good for the business traveller, with very spacious rooms at a good price, but with little in the way of luxuries. You only get the basics, but it does those very well - it's clean and well run. What really works in its favour is the location -...

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable and quiet. We stayed on the 9th floor so we had a fairly good view of the city. Breakfast and wifi were included with our stay. The location was excellent. Unfortunately for my diet, there was a Krispy Kreme next door...

Great for the business traveler in this no frills, but comfortable hotel. It is fairly pricey, but competitive for this location. It is secure and clean, and directly next door to a wonderful shopping mall, surrounded by a variety of dining choices.

Recently stayed at this Holiday Inn Express and really have no complaints except the Internet. The hotel is nice and the location is great...right next to the popular Reforma 222 mall with plenty of shops, restaurants, movies, services which is a necessity if you stay at the Holiday Inn Express Mexico Reforma because they have no restaurant or room service....
