Located in the condesa area of Mexico City, this former home is now a very nice B & B. Breakfasts are included and are EXCELLENT. The staff is utterly charming and helpful in the extreme. Rooms aren´t large, more or less the size of European hotels, but unless you want to spend a lot of time in your room... not... More

Great location in the heart of Condesa. Walking distance to tons of great eats. The hotel staff was professional and full of smiles. The beds were comfy and the rooms spotless. I had forgotten my umbrella and they had one hand for me to borrow.

There is no need to look further. You've found such a wonderful place. The hospitality, cleanliness, art, atmosphere, neighborhood are second to none. Breakfast was excellent. Wine in evenings is another plus. I can't recommend enough.

I've stayed at many bed and breakfasts all around the world and liked almost all of them, but the Red Tree House was exceptional. Its staff were extremely warm and helpful, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They have a daily happy hour with free flow wine, which was a great way to mingle with... More

We recently stayed here at the recommendation of friends. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed into their home by friendly, knowledgeable staff. It is tucked away in the Condesa area, within walking distance of excellent restaurants, from tiny bar/restaurants for easy, comfortable dinners or more formal upscale Italian or bustling salad and soup lunches with inside or sidewalk... We felt so welcome, the staff was so friendly and nice. They served the best breakfast I had in Mexico (authentic mexican food) and the hotel is in a beautiful part of Mexico City. I wish we stayed there longer. If i go to Mexico City again, I would love to stay at the red tree house.

We had been to The Red Tree House before and loved it. We were just in town for 18 hours before our flight to south america but it felt really nice to be in a place that was so comfortable, quaint and conveniently located. We loved that the fire was going and the beautiful courtyard had happy hour in the... More

This is by far the best hotel/B&B I've ever stayed in - both domestically and internationally. The staff (Victor, Chloe, and Carlos particularly) were incredibly welcoming, spent a lot of time helping us plan (and re-plan) day trips, helped us book drivers and other activities, and never failed to make us feel welcome. We were offered coffee or tea every... More
