We loved the Casa. Just the right distance from so much of Oaxaca. So great to come back to the Casa Olin, rest, relax and visit with the interesting hosts and or the guests. A great place to meet other travelers and share the trips and the experiences, and just as easy to find alone time. Thanks Judith and Jon.

Casa Ollin is a very comfortable and pleasant B&B breakfast.....in a quiet neighborhood within a 10 minute walk of the Main Square(Zocalo) and within blocks of Santo Domingo church. Judith and Jon are very friendly and attentive. The staff is very helpful without being intrusive. The pool is refreshing after a day of walking around. . Lovely inner court yard............the...

Jon, his lovely wife and fantastic staff are there to make sure your vacation is everything you expect it to be. It's rare to find a B&B with a pool which is so welcome after walking around in hot weather. Sofie's full breakfasts will start your day off right. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Casa Ollin is in a...

I was very happy to have stayed at Casa Ollin for our 4-night stay in Oaxaca and even came back after our tour of the coast for a final night. At $70/night, I would have said it was perfect. At $80/night, I had a few minor comments. I was hoping for an older, more gracious building rather than a mid-60s...

Casa Ollin is just the perfect place to stay in Oaxaca. Quiet location yet within walking distance of all major places of interest. Rooms are very clean and the hosts and staff are very welcoming. Delicious breakfasts. A home away from home.

Every morning there is a generous cooked breakfast with fresh juice and organic coffee from Oaxaca state. We stayed in the large "Bridal Suite" which overlooks the street; most of the other rooms face inside and are quieter. Since Quintana Roo isn't a through street there is less traffic than where other hotels and restaurants are. This is important for...

This cosy 'Casa' is absolutely delightful - delicious breakfasts every AM with FRESH orange juice, and a chance to meet friendly other travelers and share experiences. Very convenient to everything, and the pool is the perfect place to relax after a long lunch at one of the many great restaurants nearby (Marco Polo - Marian Bonito ) and to gatheer...

All the glowing reviews of Casa Ollin are true...and more! I loved the rooms decorated with local art, the bathrooms with beautiful talavera tiles, a cooling dip in the pool every afternoon after a long day of sightseeing, the communal breakfast table which allows and encourages you to meet the other guests, the delicious breakfasts, the chance to practice my...

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for walking the town but one block into the more quiet residential part. There is a good balance of privacy and friendliness. Enough english to talk not stop or enough spanish to challenge our language skills. I liked the house which is a wonderful oaxacan flavored modern house. If you want more...

Casa Ollin is a lovely B&B north of the main square (the zocalo). The staff were all warm and welcoming, and Jon and Judith were very accessible if needed but not intrusive either. Our nice-sized room opened to a beautiful terracotta-tiled patio overlooking the courtyard, complete with a hammock in the shade. Each morning we looked forward to what tasty...
