Staff just terrible. That was the worst experience that I have after a three weeks of traveling in Mexico. First of all, no one of them speak english. They can't understand even simpliest words like "breakfast". Finally I have asked about cup of boiled drinking water to dissolve my medicine. They suggest me to buy "some tequila or cerveza" and...

Very nice hotel, rooms are spacious and soooo helpful staff. They helped us a lot when we were a bit ill. Tours around are very good and they offer very goood prices. One of best in our trip A bit limited breakfast but the staff was great. Walking to the center is about 7-10 min but it doesn't bother because it...

This lovely spot was booked for us so we were delighted to find that it was so lovely - there appears to be plenty of interesting looking hotels in SCDC. Lovely room with large comfortable bed - great shower and nice towels. Breakfast was better than we had in our 5Star Mexico City hotel. Liked the location but suspect that...

This little parador has beautiful rooms with kingsize beds and nice bathrooms. We really loved our 3 days stay here. I would certainly recommend it. It is not far from the lively city center. Go for a strawl. There are lots of nice restaurants here and cute little shops. Don't forget to visit the tiny but interesting museum of Na Bolom.

Centrally located, yet very quiet, upon entering this hotel you are greeted by a lush garden of greenery and flowers. The staff goes out of its way to be helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfasts are tasty and fresh. This is a fine hotel at bargain prices and I highly recommend it.

Absolutely adored this little hotel - the beds were huge and comfy with extra blankets for the cold nights. The bathroom is modern with rain shower head and newish fixtures. There's a lovely patio for sitting outside and the upper levels have a small view. Only downside of our stay was that it's a bit further out of town but...

This excellent hotel is well situated, beautifully designed and comfortable. The reception spoke good English and they have a garage which is free to use. It is a ten minute walk to the city centre. Good value and recommended.

Two quiet nights here in a lovely room and comfortable bed, including a tasty breakfast and bottled water everyday. There's a small cosy bar, and beautiful courtyard and garden. You're not far from the main street with all the bars and restaurants, and walking there takes five minutes. Really a great place.

This hotel is a few blocks from the central square, but worth the walk as it is much quieter and affordable. Two streets off the Guadeloupe pedestrian street. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the beds are very comfortable (the most comfortable of our two-stay in Chiapas). The rooms do get cold at night, but the bed covers keep you...
