We traveled with our dog and were welcomed in Posada Corto Maltese with opened arms and waging tails from Hugo and Angelina, the resident Chihuahuas. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed the hot shower and the clean communal kitchen. Finally the garden was a wonderful oasis where our dog could run around. A wonderful place for a...

Posada Corto Maltese was an excellent place for our family of six to stay while we were in San Cristobal de las Casas. We were right in the city center, just a few minutes walk to wonderful coffee shops and bakeries. We could walk to the Spanish Language School, Casa de Arbol, quite easily. The rooms here are generously sized...

The hotel is three blocks from the pedestrian street full of restaurants and shops, and 4 - 5 blocks from the markets and central plaza. We were able to...

Stayed the night here last night (350 pesos for a double bed, shared bathroom and kitchen) and slept well and cozy under the warm and heavy blankets. Owner and staff were sweet, everything clean and a nice garden area with a kids' play area and chicken coup! Also, they were very friendly to my travelling companion (an old chihuahua). A...
