It have an excellent view but the worst service ever. They are unconsidered with mature-aged people; we had a problem so we asked for help and they never help you to solve any problem, they cause you only an uncomfortable stay.

This is a beautiful hotel situated above Taxco. It has well kept grounds and buildings, restaurant, bar and pool. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice. This hotel is a great place to stay at when visiting Taxco. It is not within walking distance of the main pueblo so keep that in mind if you...

Amazing view of the city. Unbelievably steep, narrow cobblestone road up the mountain to reach the hotel but it truly makes you appreciate the work & lifestyle of the peoples many many years ago & today. Hotel offers comfortable & clean rooms. Dining room has an excellent breakfast. Dinner is OK. There was very little English spoken when we were...

We had a great experience at this hotel. Breathtaking views, good food at the hotel restaurants and a really beautiful hotel. The pool area is great, with nice views and a heated pool. The rooms were pretty basic, but nicely done. The drive up the mountain is a bit daunting, with pretty steep roads, but it is really worth it...

Did not stay but twice have had tapas and drinks overlooking the pool. The drive up and down can be a little thrilling. Some great shops on premises. Good prices and service even though we were a crowd of 15. Would like to spend the night there sometime.

This hotel was nice & clean. It had great views. If my husband was not with me I would have been in trouble bc they did not speak any English. We stayed Tuesday-Thursday & I was ready to go! It was like a ghost town which was nice when it came to swimming in the pool. I was a little...
