Our first time here after several visits to Cancun, Riviera Maya. This is a special resort that is hard to point out just a few special qualities. Service and attention to every detail. My example is this: they watch so carefully that the team anticipated what you need/want. If you get a drink from the bar by the pool, someone with a smile will offer to carry it for you. Food: Don't think all inclusive, think anniversary dinner for every experience. I am stunned how they can out do their competitors. I will say again, they seem to have invented it. I realize I'm a positive person, however I am not over doing it. They provide a consistent experience, it is too hard to just point out a few, but I will try. YAMA Sushi, don't pace on this restaurant. The manager to each tam member. K'akau: coffee shop with the most perfect crepes and delicacies. Entertainment: I am in this business and go on vacation to usually escape. But I enjoyed every artist I listened to. The Mariachi band, the jazz duo in the lobby. Management: I didn't even see you or wasn't aware you were there. Clearly you manage correctly by instilling a true pride in your team. You should take the final bow!! The best resort to stay at in Cancun! Amazing restaurants, a lot of activities, and excellent spa facilities. The best part about Le Blanc by far are the staff, who are absolutely outstanding and definitely make the experience unforgettable. Specifically Santiago and Maneul who were our butlers during our stay went above and beyond to make sure all our wants and needs were met. Both extremely hard working and so genuinely nice!

The service, food and location is absolutely wonderful. Our butlers Brito and Eduardo were detailed, professional and absolutely amazing! The entire staff works very hard to please. Everything is top notch, couldn’t be any better. The spa is amazing, I will certainly return.

Le Blanc provides the best luxury experience in Cancun & Mayan Riviera. The service and food are exceptional. Guests have professional butler service, with 2 daily shifts. In our case Roberto & Gustavo took care of everything we needed. Beach cabana, dinner reservations, drawing a bath and decorating the room with rose petals. Highly recommended, we will return.

We have been to this resort several times. We stayed a week and from the time we stepped out of the vehicle we were greeted like royalty with a refreshing towel, a flower, and drink of our choice. The resort itself is beautiful and kept so clean. During the day we spent most of our time around the main pool relaxing, but the other 2 pools are wonderful also. The food did not disappoint with the 5-star restaurants. But what made our trip over the top was the attentive, friendly, and courteous staff. To mention a few: Luz - The best massage (deep tissue) that I've ever had Beatriz, Mayra, Jannette, Duran - Wait staff at the pool Claudia - Check in along with Roger Lucinda - Pool concierge Rubicel - Terraza outdoor restaurant Vanessa - Hostess at Terraza restaurant Tomas - Italian restaurant Joel and Marco - Butlers Emilio - Lumier French restaurant Victor Manuel Uh Canto - not employed directly by Palace, but our driver to the resort. My wife and I had another great time at Le Blanc. I want to talk about great service from staff members. Antonio our night butler and Luis our day butler made sure we were well taken care of. Dalilia was a great hostess. She was so friendly and she was able to remember your name just seeing you. Fernando was my waiter all week. He kept up with you and was friendly. If I have to give one knock on our visit it would be the lunch buffet wasn’t as good as usual (this is our seventh visit) it was still good just not quality and options as before. But plenty of lunch options. Poolside food delivery great pizza at Mexican restaurant for lunch. Can’t wait to go back again.

Le Blanc in Cancun was the epitome of luxury. The service left nothing to be desired. Specifically, our butlers, Brito and Eduardo, thought of every detail to make our stay memorable. The rooms were gorgeous and comfortable. The food was exceptional. The grounds were pristine. This was my second time visiting Le Blanc and I will be back again.

Let me start off with I've been to cancun 5 times and this was a first time experience for me. Top notch service, food and attention to detail unlike any other establishment. If feeling special, being catered to and truly relaxing is your thing than Le Blanc is for you. First day was so good we signed up to be VIP members the following day and it hasn't let us down since.
