Had a wonderful time. Great customer service. Jesus and Cecilia were the best and very accommodating. Rooms were nice, grounds well kept and lots of activities. Difficult reservation system for speciality dining but the customer service made up for the inconvenience. Would return to this resort.

I can’t say enough about the incredible staff here! Carolina and the kids club crew were engaging, thoughtful and fun, the wait staff in the palapa were attentive and kind, Araceli the housekeeper did an amazing job on our room, the bar staff were quick and always had smiles on their faces, and the concierge staff (hey Jesus!) made sure everything was don to quickly and with thoughtful details attended to. We had a wonderful family vacation-thank you!

Be prepared to wait. Not enough staff to handle the guests at resort. Food is mid although afternoon wok was awesome by pool side. Check in takes very long. Reservation process is challenging to eat when and where you would like, although all servers in the resort work very hard to please guests. Entertainment staff at pool is below par with other nearby resorts.

Hotel was great, the bell boys were very welcoming and helping especially Jesus he was incredible the entire time we stayed, abigail the maid was super friendly and helpful, overall we had a great experience only downside is when you go to the stores in the hotel to buy day to day things the workers there are very rude and have a lot of attitude.

Very good service, Jesus was the first person we saw in the lobby and helped up out lots thanks alot for how friendly and hard working, food was great and we will be going to be coming back soon next year

The staff were very friendly and helpful Angel took our bags up to our room when we first arrived everyone was cheerful and had a smile on their face but our favorite part was the private lounge and more importantly our bartender Carlos. He put a smile on our face every night and just made us feel so welcome. Carlos made the best drinks as well! It was an amazing experience. The view was unbeatable and the excursions were such a rush.

Crown Paradise had fantastic and very friendly and fun staff. The place was clean with good amenities. Not too big since we were in a large group and it was easy to find our friends in and around the resort.

Every thing was excellent good food, snacks available all the time. pools beautiful and clean. Did not see or hear of a problem at the resort. Many workers always making sure you were ok or if you needed anything Happy friendly

Very good stay I would like to return again. I recomend it for families wanting to come with kids as there is daycare and kids swimming pool. Great service all together. Its also good for couples the resort is good over all.

Best family vacation ever! Serch in activities is the best! Very friendly, and was so cheerful and kind to the kids. Marily in the kids club was wonderful as well. Always friendly and remembers all the kids names! 10 out of 10f or staff at crown club! They really make you feel at home :)
