It wasn’t the best representation, food had no taste, room wasn’t ready on time and was tricked into a sales presentation that lasted almost 4 hours I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for your first Cancun experience please do your research

We had a great stay! Staff is super friendly and rooms are very nice. Shoutout to the kids club for keeping our toddler super entertained! The music is quite loud throughout the day. Also, I wish the kids pool area would be open earlier. We would stay again!

First time here and at a smaller resort which was good and bad. We had a large group so it was easier to find people throughout the day. Not as many activities or pools as the larger resorts. Young adults in our group needed more things to do.

I absolutely cannot say enough about this amazing resort. From the minute you drive up and see the incredible view, you know you made the right choice. Myself, my husband and our teenage daughter travelled here for four days and had the most amazing time. The food was excellent. The service everywhere we went was top notch. Professional, friendly and attentive. It’s not a resort to go to if you are looking for a massive beach area but the pool is massive and we always found loungers with absolutely zero problem. I don’t see how anyone could not be happy here! Thank you to Dreams Vista and their incredible team. Tip: we splurged for Preferred which was lovely. The rooftop pool has incredible views and is quieter but I still would have enjoyed myself even if we hadn’t done the preferred. …

Such an amazing experience with every detail well thought out from your arrival, to rooms. I was blown away with how kind and quick the staff was. They never left us waiting for anything. Room service was also very quick. We ordered ahead and listed a timeframe and it was always prompt. Beautiful pools and nice beach area. There is an area cleared with very little seaweed. Preferred is well with it and be sure to checkout the spa. The steamer and room amenities were very nice- including the sunscreen (15spf). The buffet breakfast was good. Not as impressed with the lunch buffet but with so many other lunch options it's not even an issue. Fantastic service and if you need something, ask, they want to ensure you have the best stay!

This resort is perfect if you are just looking for a quiet getaway or for family getaway. We went for 25th anniversary and was able to enjoy the peace and quiet even though this is a family resort. We just hung out at the beach and pools and rested and it was perfect.
