If you're not interested in resort hotels or lesser accommodation on noisy streets, but enjoy green, leafy tranquil environments and sympathetic human scale architecture, this is THE place in Cancun. A bit away from the beaches but close to the bus station, so very convenient for travellors, El Rey de Caribe provides all this and more in what is actually...

Thank you for your comments and your visit, it was a great honor to have you as guest with us. Hope we can see you soon, and next time try the massages in the spa near the pool, or the Jacuzzi in the garden. Manager Ing. Eduardo Rodríguez Hernández

Hotel is well placed. Within walking distance of the ADO bus station. Lovely setting with central garden and pool. King size bed, kitchenette and fridge and safe. Wifi really didn't work. The hotel organised the cab to airport and early morning wake up call. We left too early so didn't have breakfast. Plenty of restaurants in the area.

We absolutely love Hotel del Rey -- super convenient, lovely people, quiet beautiful oasis in an otherwise heinous town (just fly in and get out). Kids love the jungle courtyard and pool. We have stayed there three times over the last three years, and will continue to do so. Only suggestion for improvement is better coffee at breakfast.

ECO-Hotel El Rey del Caribe was a wonderful surprise. After a relaxing tour around the Yucatan, we were not looking forward to spending our last day in busy, busy Cancun. But ECO-Hotel El Rey del Caribe, which is built around a jungle-like garden with lots of wildlife, is a serene, calm place. Staff were helpful and friendly and walking distance...

We were absolutely not expecting this in Cancun. El Rey Del Caribe is a quiet, small and comfortable, and the service is fantastic. Our room was neat, clean, had a safe and a basic kitchenette. The only real downside was that the kitchenette didn't have pots or pans. All the rooms face in to the central courtyard, whose gardens are...
