Hotel's Favourite
We are members of Club Meliá but haven’t been to Paradisus in Cancun in a few years. They really have made some noticeable improvements. The place was extremely clean and the staff worked so hard to make sure everything was perfect. In a very challenging COVID environment, they really seemed to take extra care and still deliver an exceptional vacation. Overwhelmingly we have to say the service is what made the difference and made us really want to book our next trip to go back as soon as possible. As club members we had Alexandra helping us all week and she was a rock star. She made sure from the moment we arrived everything was taken care of so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. On the beach Eliot and Yesenia made us feel so welcome and again the service was outstanding. My wife is still talking about the food at Mole and how great the service was from our server Carlos. It was nice to be able to travel again and our first trip back to Cancun felt like coming home. All around great trip and we really wanted to take the time to review being it was such a positive experience.

Lemon Fish was far more than I could have ever expected as an inclusion in the all-inclusive restaurant options. The service from Jorge and Miguel was unparalleled and created a magical evening my family and I won’t soon forget. And the food quality was amazing!

A beautiful restaurant in the center of the hotel named “Lemon Fish.” We had the pleasure to have a waiter named, Alejandro Camelo, who was amazing! He offered us multiple small dishes to try and made us feel very welcomed. His service was very professional and I would recommend him to everyone! The hotel is lucky to have him as a worker!! Five stars to Alejandro Camelo!

Resort is large. It’s about 20 mins from the airport. There is a $15 USD eco tax you have to pay upon checkin. Wifi throughout. Pyramid 3 is the central location for restaurants and entertainment. There’s a few rooms that don’t have balconies because of the design of the hotel. If you want to ensure you have a balcony, make sure you confirm at check in. Balconies are large and extremely private. If you get an ocean view room, the sun will be shining in your room all day long. Lagoon view is much cooler. The rooms are decent and have mostly everything you would need, other than a coffee maker. The bathrooms have bidets. Not many English speaking channels. Your wrist band is your room key. Minimal shelving and drawers in regular rooms. No housecoats or slippers. Mini bar has glass bottles of water, pop, beer and a few snacks. No toiletries in room. Only pump soaps and shampoos. There is a safe in the closet. There is no smoking permitted on the pool deck or in the hotel. You can smoke outside of the doors, on the beach and at the outdoor bar that overlooks the beach. The hotel is eco friendly and doesn’t provide straws. They do provide recyclable cups in the pool area that are washed and reused. The pool is 5ft deep, so beware if you’re short. No sit down snack bar around the pool, but you can order a few snacks from the servers. They do have a small cart that serves small things like burgers, hotdogs and chips. Lots of restaurants to choose from. You can book 2 ala cartes at a time. You pay extra for the steakhouse. There is a $5 charge for room service each time you order. There is no theatre for shows. All entertainment is provided in the lobby area. There is an escape room in pyramid 2 on the ground level (0).

Malva - i had the best time enjoying morning breakfast with Eddie, amando, Martin & Malla Am. They always greeted us with such bright smiles and great service. Kanna - karina was on point with drinks and service. My daily stop at this place with breathtaking views and all smiles made this trip worth it. She even witnessed turtle migration and informed all of us how rare it is and ensured to provide us with some great knowledge. MUST COME!

Lots of food choices. The staff is great. Ivann, Atilano, Ignacio are so friendly and super attentive to your meal needs. They even made a farewell chalk board for us on our last day. My fave is the lady at the omelette station, Mari. She’s super accurate with your order and efficient!! Overall a great all inclusive spot!
