We had a lovely time. Roseanna in the Starbucks was extra special. She brightened my day every morning. The other servers and concierge made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Daisy was a wonderful site each morning at breakfast. Thank you to all!
First of all i wanna thanks Edgar from the concierge for his excellent service he make my holiday perfect with his energetic positivity. He help plan my engagement. He went above and beyond for us. <3 The animation team had great day time activities and were fun to be around. Roberto,Abby and Rodrigo the best ones i have a lot of fun with them. <3 The hotel was very clean and had lovely views...good staff 10/10 hard workers, excellent hospitality amazing food and drinks. we definitely come back one day!! Deysi was one of the best servers, we saw her every day for breakfast before enjoying the hotel beach!! Loved staying here, lovely hotel and amenities, and easy to walk to other destinations from here.
Make sure you visit the shop at hotel. I purchased beautiful bathing suit not very expensive. The ladies who work there are super sweet and helpful. Wonderful service at Starbucks too!! Great customer service overall!!

ACTIVE CONSTRUCTION DURING PEAK SEASON. We stayed here in mid-March (peak tourist season for Cancún) and they were doing very loud active construction during our entire stay. This wasn’t disclosed anywhere during the booking process. Has we been staying here May-February, I would’ve understood, but major ground-breaking construction during prime tourist season is unacceptable. At first, it was just construction on their east tower then they broke ground on the play area around one of the pools making it unusable. Separately, the food here was truly awful. I know all-inclusives aren’t known for great eats, but on top of the food being incredibly bland I found a caterpillar (pictured) on the food they served me & when I brought it up to the wait staff they said it was rosemary. Also, we are at the Italian restaurant and I don’t know what they were serving but it certainly wasn’t Italian food. Additionally, the pools were ice cold and the hot tubs weren’t hot at all. Maybe 80F/26C, and that’s being generous. Guests were packed into the “hot” tubs with no one in the pools because they were too cold. Lastly, the housekeeping service was quite poor. We had to repeatedly call to ask for extra towels, which were never brought, and when house keeping came to clean the room they didn’t even replace all the towels despite us leaving all of the soiled ones on the floor as directed. They took out the soiled towels and brought back only two more bath towels. No hand towels, wash cloths, or the towel that is intended as a floor mat. They also didn’t bring new toilet paper or fully remake the beds, instead opting to just pull the blanket back up to the top of the bed. Outside of the beautiful views you can get at any resort along the hotel zone in Cancún, the resort offers next to nothing but a place to lay your head at night. …
The worst hotel in Cancun please avoid at any cost. Despite the hotel is under some renovation really noise environmental the team doesn’t make any effort to make pleasant your stay, Rocio Escovar from the front desk is an example that I don’t understand how a hotel allow someone like her to be there dealing with guests. I don’t have hot water, they don’t fix they don’t change the room and of course the food isn’t that great so please take my advice you will remember about me if you decide to book this hotel / again avoid at any cost please.
Emmanuel Peetul was one of our waters and he was one of our favorite one . Super polite always smiling and never con planing for the repetitive trips . It was awesome that he brought us food to our location . One of the best workers here at this resourt.
Rossana at starbucks is the best. Always friendly and always remembered our coffee and names. The resort is fabulous!! Very beautiful and friendly. The only complaint would be that the hot tub is cold.
Dante❤️..the nicest, sweetest and very FAST and FUN to watch bartender! The service Dante and the other staff offered was fabulous! This Hotel was incredible and had incredible service. I will be back! I was there during spring break, although busy, the service provided by Dante and the other staff, I’ve never experienced at another resort.
