We like this place. Great location, near the back gate to Chichen Itza and central to many surrounding locations. Classic Mexican architecture, nice pool and good food, all at a very good price. A good base location to spend a few days and explore the surrounding attractions.

There are 3 hotels within Chichen Itza temple site. This one being the cheapest & in my eyes the best. It's 5mins walk to temple entrance. Quiet unlike the most famous neighbour hotel which was very busy & noisy. This one has that Mexican laid back hacienda feel. Rooms perfectly cute, clean & nice mattresses. All mod cons. Pool in...

We stayed at the Villas Arqueologicas for a couple of nights to allow us to visit Chichen Itza site early before the crowds and as you can walk to a back entrance to the site during the day. The accommodation itself is a little dated but clean and comfortable with a lovely pool. We did have a couple of issues...

We were looking for a place to stay near Chichen Itza and were so glad we chose this place. Under 3 minutes drive to Chichen Itza and even less to the Ik Kil Ceynote, we were thrilled with the location. The property and rooms were very clean and unique too. Very cool courtyard and common areas with a fantastic pool...

10 minute walk from Chichen Itza. Wonderful food and staff. The birds in the morning was a joy to experience. Food was a little pricey by Yucatan standards, but worth it since all was delicious and beautiful. Victor was an excellent guide to visit the nearby ruins.

It has his own style I would say ... Rooms are really small , do not expect any luxsuss in it . Wi-Fee provided ONLY in the front of the reception desk...

This hotel is very friendly and beautifully laid out with the rooms all overlooking the pool and dining area. It is located off the main road so the situation is very quiet. They offer a dinner and breakfast option for 350 MXN with a set menu and buffet breakfast. However, we felt that the food was better when selected from...

A beautiful hotel that is small, private, and quite. It is totally is charming and rustic at the same time. Great pool, nice bar, excellent restaurant. Staff is friendly and everything is clean. The perfect place to explore Chitchen Itza from. I enjoyed the hotel even more than I did the Maya ruins.

Quirky rooms that seem to have a 'Lord of the rings' influence, but where this hotel wins is having the ability to eat, chat, drink at all times of day/night around the pool. We had missed out on this in many of our hotels so this ,sadly on our last night in Mexico, to refresh our relations with fellow travelers and try some...

We booked one night so we could go early to the Chichen Itza site. We were delighted by our sweet lodgings on the ground floor, backing on to the garden. The pool and dining area are in the middle of the quadrangle and both were perfect for our needs. We'd travelled by ADO bus from Tulum which dropped us at...
