The hotel is located a convenient 5 minute walk to the back entrance of the ruins, where you can purchase your tickets and hire a guide. We were advised to hire our guide in advance as it is peak season, and the hotel recommended Diego. Diego was a fantastic tour guide, able to provide us lots of information & answer...

Ok, so I gave them 4 stars, but not sure if they deserve it. I mean the hotel is great! The rooms are awesome! The food id good. No bugs, that's good. A pool, even better. But something os not qute right with the hotel. The hotel staff is not really friendly, I mean, would a smile kill you? The...

Our room was basic but all we needed, with excellent air conditioning. Unfortunately our safe was not working and could not be fixed. Location of the hotel is excellent for exploring Chichen Itza, a ten minute stroll to the back entrance. It is definitely worth organising a guide through the hotel for 750 pesos, which is the official rate offered...

The hotel is wonderfully located with great staff, good food and clean, quiet surroundings at a reasonable price. I stayed there before and the beds are much more comfortable than the last time I was at this hotel. You could not go wrong staying in this hotel.

The place is located right next to the Arqueological zone just about 10 min walk. The place is charming and in a beautiful location. Unfortunately there is no Wifi, TV in the rooms and for someone who has to keep in touch just not convenient having to go to the lobby all the time. The biggest down was the bed...

Its a Nice place to stay for a visit to Chichén Itzá. You can just walk a few meters and enter the site to start the tour. We rented a car over in Cancún and drove for a one night stay to visit. It takes you to experience the real Mayan World. Nice place to relax too. Small rooms no...

Friendly staff, wonderful housekeepers, sweet pool, charming grounds. Quiet atmosphere with a classy Mayan theme. Easy 5 minute stroll to the ruins. Absolutely recommended. Hassle free accommodations at a great price.

Had a great stay at the Villas! Hotel is right next to Chichen Itza, and the reason to stay here. We stayed one night with the intention of doing Chichen Itza in the morning and glad we did. We woke up and walked to the grounds from the backside of Chichen Itza, passed the Mayalands hotel, a larger more expensive...

Upgrade to room, without a hassle. The 350peso meal plan for a dinner and breakfast was tasty and a good value---glad we made that choice. No hidden fees nor unexpected issues. Thank you for your hospitality.
