We stayed for a week at the Allegro and had a great time. The beach is amazing. All the Corona you can drink. Friendly staff. Food at the buffet was average for AI in Mexico. The fire show on the beach was very entertaining.

Not really. But there aren't many kids. I've been twice and kids weren't a problem.
Unless you hate all kids, you won't have any problems like many resorts that are over run by children with no parental supervision.
