Our trip was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. A special shout out to Javier at the snack bar and Facundo at the sky bar. These gentlemen are the epitome of excellent customer service, and we love them! We’ll be back!

My wife and I have been going to Westin properties for the past 7 years. This was by far the worst one that we have stayed at. We are 4 star Elite members of SPG (now Marriott), and have enjoyed many properties. When we arrived Fernando was extremely friendly and professional. We went inside and were greeted by Javier. He checked us in and said that our room was not ready yet. We sat in the lobby and my wife noticed some people checking in and receiving wrist bands. I went up to Javier and asked if this was an all-inclusive hotel and he said yes. He said there are two all-inclusive, one was a "regular" and the other a "premium". I asked the difference and he said the premium had top shelf alcohol. Both came with a 50% discount at the restaurant Cozumil. The first was $98 and the second was $120. We decided not to do either and didn't see much of a difference. We later found out that if you bought the premium all inclusive package that there was no charge for the Cozumil restaurant. Javier was not clear at all on what the hotel offered. While we were in our room on three different occasions the lady next door was screaming at the top of her lungs. We had called security because we thought she was being harmed, come to find out the couple was having extremely loud sex. Needless to say the walls are very thin. We called down for two pillows and it took almost an hour for the pillows to come up. There was no concierge on duty at all! The furniture seemed very old and needed to be updated. In closing we definitely will not be staying at that particular Westin property again.

Staff was wonderful especially Esperanza our server most evenings dining. Her grace, friendliness, laughter, and wanting to make each night wonderful for us was one of the best parts of our stay. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Recommend this hotel and it’s staff. Very professional, very clean and the service is top notch. The breakfast, lunch and dinner service is great. A lot of options for everyone. Nice, small secluded little beach front with all water activities available to the guests.

This Hotel is amazing.. If you want to get away from the party scene and just enjoy the sun and water.. This place is for you.. The Beach is exactly what you see in the pictures.. Every Room in the Hotel has a fantastic View.. Breakfast and Lunch is perfect served on the water.. You can even feed the fish while you eat.. Dinner is not that bad either but after a few days of the same menu it gets boring.. Try the La Cabana Del Pescador across the street next to the Key Lime Pie factory and you won't disappointed.. Now for the Hidden Gem..- After you grown tired of the beach for a few days.. Try out the Rooftop Pool.. It's like your private pool with your private Bartender name Fercundo-- He is the nicest guy you will ever meet and will take care of you.. There is both Sun and Shade available up there for all.. But don't tell anybody about it because you will be the only ones up there.. LOL.. The only downer I can give you but not a deal breaker was the service on the beach was less desirable.. I always bring TIP money to make sure hard work is paid off.. I didn't really get a chance to tip anyone on the beach.. The guy whom I will not name did not do a very good job to deserve a big tip.. I gave him the customary amount but he missed out.. just ask Facundo on the roof..
