I had an excellent experience at Hotel Cozumel and Resort. The staff was very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. I am looking forward to going back again to see more of Cozumel! My favorite part was the access to the boat dock, just right across the street . That made it so convenient for lugging around my gear! There are lockers...

Hotel Cozumel specializes in catering to the scuba diving group. It is connected by a tunnel to the Dive Paradise shop across the street so you don't have far to walk carrying your gear. Bathrooms are all tiled with sloping floors, water barriers, and floor drains to prevent dripping wetsuits from getting the bedroom floor wet. All-inclusive plan makes this...

It has been a few years since we have been to Cozumel but one of our most favorite resorts is Hotel Cozumel. We have stayed at both the Iberostar and Occidental Grand, while both are nice resorts, probably our favorite is this hotel. It is located on the edge of the down town area, walking distance to restaurants and shopping....

My husband and I are just back from a trip to Cozumel, Mexico, where we stayed at the Hotel Cozumel. My husband is a diver and Cozumel is one of his favorite destinations. We always stay at the Hotel Cozumel, because it offers the best bang for the buck! You just walk across the street to meet the dive boats...

Just returning from a week at Hotel Cozumel and had an incredible time. The hotel is clean and comfortable with all the amenities one could ask for on an island vacation. Excellent value for the price. The highlight of our trip was the incredibly friendly and efficient staff. Juan, the bartender and Roberto, dinner wait staff were both incredible. It's...

We recently stayed at the resort with a group of 20 other divers from our local dive shop, with an all inclusive dive and food package. The hotel was overall a good place to stay. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating, from the front desk to the bartenders to the wait staff to the maids. The food...

My husband and I have been coming here for four years now, usually twice a year. We stay anywhere from five days to two weeks each time, and love it. The staff is super friendly. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The food is better every time we come back. And the beach is less than a block away

Stayed here for a week dive trip in October and was pleased with amenities and quality of food for the price. Got a great deal on Travelocity for about $375/person all inclusive. Spacious rooms have flat screen tv with HBO, refrigerator on request, hair dryer, unlimited purified water, and good air conditioning. Balcony has rack and pegs to hang wet...

The wife and I decided to leave the comfort of our 5 star hotel in Cancun and spend a night over on Cozumel. We booked a really great bargain online under $65 for a nice hotel close to town. The Hotel turned out to be quite nice. The pool was really big and the Jacuzzi was a perfect temperature. The...

Dive Paradise is the operation that works with Hotel Cozumel across the street. They are awesome and the diving was great! The Hotel Cozumel needs some remodeling and upgrading. There were leaks in the hall ceiling leaving little puddles. The rooms were spacious and comfortable though. The staff are friendly and attentive. The food was only so-so, but there was...
