This place was a really really good value for the money. Get the hotel room overlooking the ocean if you can, it was beautiful. It was very clean and the workers were all really, really nice. Great experience! The bathrooms are a little outdated but its not a big deal, just older fixtures. The views make up for it and I love the beach and the snorkeling is amazing right by the hotel, the pool is nice too, I would definitely recommend!

Excellent and safe vacation to Mexico. The weather was good and I am glad we did not select all inclusive. It was great to travel to a different restaurant each evening and for breakfast also. We rented car for one day to explore the island too.

This used to be one of my favorite places to stay on Cozumel. On my most recent visit in July, 2021, the music is so loud now that you can't get away from it. In the past I could barely tell it was on on the third floor (seaside), now I don't even want to be on the balcony on the fifth floor. The dive shop (Pepe's) and the hotel staff is still great, but it has turned into a place where I don't want to be. I got the impression on my last visit that Cozumel is trying to achieve the status of a Party Place, presumably to attract more business. Well, I can understand that the people want to make more money, but if they are not careful they might end up on the list of places that the US government tells people to avoid. We were staying in an AirBnB where we had stayed several times before but left because the neighborhood had become so loud that we could not even hear the TV with all the windows and doors closed. I'm sorry to say that the Coral Princess was also a big dissappointment. Cozumel has always been my favorite place but now I'm looking for a quieter, more peaceful Caribben island where I can listen to the sounds of nature. If I wanted to listen to rock and roll everywhere I'd stay home in California.

the good Nice pool area and has direct access to snorkeling in the ocean, thus the 2 stars. the bad worst RCI resort room ever, the rooms remind me of motel 6 from the 90s... We were also given room facing the road on the 8th floor and it was super noisy from the scooters and cars going by! What was puzzling was that this place was empty.. there were maybe 8-10 rooms rented at the time we were there and they couldn't give us a better room? This motel only deserves a 1 star but Im giving it a extra star for the pool facility. What a shame on management to blow a chance at getting nice feedback by offering nicer rooms that are being wasted.. online promotion is the only way they are going to survive but the opportunity to wow the guests are being wasted, soon this resort will be out of business by the look of it.. will not return

We’ve been to Coral Princess for the last three years straight and we will hopefully continue. You can’t beat the onsite snorkeling, I’m an avid snorkeler, and you can’t get me out of the crystal clear ocean .There’s so much to see . I also dive with Pepe’s dive shop which is connected to the hotel for convenience .Pepe’s is awesome. There’s no beach per say,, but there is a great swim up pool with bar and it does have a sandy area for laying around with beach chairs and umbrellas. The hotel is a bit dated, but who cares, We stay in the king ocean front suite, with the gorgeous balcony ocean views, nothing else matters. The staff are wonderful. It’s not a 5 star resort, it’s a 30 min walk into town or a 5 min taxi ride. I hate repeating my trips but I’ve grown to really enjoy familiarity, ocean views, fantastic snorkeling, and the wonderful staff at Coral Princess.
