We stayed for a week and were in need of some simple relaxation and a few adventures. Casa Colonial is a well run, very comfortable and lovely place. Sam, the manager, took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. He checked in regarding our accommodations and was always able to give us recommendations of places...

Casa Colonial is a charming and beautiful property. The staff keeps rooms and garden in top shape. The accommodations were just perfect for our family of four. The other people we met were interesting and enjoyable to visit with. Sam is an attentive and conscientious concierge who really cares about his guests' experience. He recommended car rental, scuba shop, and...

2 families of 2 adults and 2 children each vacationed in side by side units at Casa Colonial from 12-19-15 to 1-2-16 for the holidays. We have visited Cozumel many times by cruise ship and this was our second stay on the island. We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Colonial and hope to return in the future. Bob and...

We had a great stay at the Casa Colonial. It worked perfectly for our family of 2 adults, 2 teenagers. Sarah and her family took great care of us! Even helping us when we locked our keys in the car, realizing it after the car company had closed for the day. We could really get a sense of how people...

Within an hour of our arrival at Casa Colonial we knew that we had found "home". We travel to the island frequently to dive, and it took us several attempts to find the right place to lay our heads. Casa Colonial has it all - spacious, clean, comfortable, and modern accommodations; absolutely gorgeous common areas and gardens; unbelievable peace, quiet,...

I recently rented 2 condos at Casa Colonial over the Christmas holiday. My brother in law and his two teenagers and my wife and my two. Sarah gave us the inside scoop on the island starting with great restaurants from an authentic taco shop where we all ate for $40.00, to a romantic fish restaurant hidden in the city on...

Only regret about staying here was that it just wasn't long enough!. I picked Casa Colonial because I prefer the feel of being in the community and I wanted my kids to experience the culture. The town has really changed since 79 but fortunately the charm of its people haven't. Very happy we stayed here, hoping to do it again soon....

This was our third trip to Cozumel and Casa Colonial. And, it couldn't get any better. Everything was perfect from Sarah and Bob's wonderful hospitality, pride of ownership and great care in keeping their place gorgeous. It is such a wonderful setting, close to everything, yet a quiet oasis in town. We have said it all before, but we will...

I have stayed here twice and just love the grounds. It is located right behind downtown and is very private. The owner's Bob and Sarah have designed these to make you feel like you are at home, with all of the finishing touches. I would highly recommend staying here to any one of my friends. We really like to explore...
