5 blocks from the ocean, so almost no gringos around you. Nice budget hotel with mini-fridges in a room. Rooms/bathrooms are clean, flat screen TV, soap provided. Good water pressure. Get a room looking into the inner courtyard, towards the pool. The rooms facing outside get to be very noisy. Breakfast is not included into the price, but I did...

this is a rustic hotel a few blocks away from the center. Its near to a supermarket and some small restaurants. They have a big swimmingpool and nice area for taking a quite rest. They had a cucaracha problem, it still smelled a little of the pestizides that killed them. Breakfast is not a buffet, the continental comes with some...

Enjoyed our stay at the La Casona Real, very close to many of the things we were interested in doing. The room was great for the price we paid and very spacious. I would definitely stay here again! It nothing glamorous but great for people who are on a budget.

The Hotel in itself was nice and clean. Nice pool area. The reason why I gave it 3 out of 5 is that we booked through hostelbookers and that included breakfast. When we came there they didn't know we were coming, we had to show them our booking and that was okey, and we agreed that breakfast would be ready...

About 5 blocks away from the Ferries, in the main road where shops and restaurants are. However it's is located on a residential area away from the busy restaurants and shops. If you get rooms facing the street you will hear real "Mexico"! Traffic, scooters, people talking on the pavement, bars for locals with loud music. A very live area!...

My husband and I just spent 14 days at this hotel. The staff are awesome. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. The hotel is centrally located. We could walk to restaurants, grocery store and shopping. It was very clean, good beds and coffee, fruit and pastries daily for breakfast. This is a small hotel...

I liked this hotel, it offers very good value on the somewhat expensive Cozumel. A few blocks back from the main drag, but a bit more authentically Mexican for it. Rooms were a nice size, slightly dark, but perfectly comfortable. Showers were almost too hot. The first time I stayed we got a king size bed which was enormous. Staff...

This place is great for the value. Roughly 50$ night off the main tourist area. Lots of close places to eat. Lots of supermarkets walking distance. Best to have a car when staying here however cabs are readily available. Wifi is actually pretty strong. Not much to the rooms but its a place to sleep.

I've been going down to Cozumel every couple months and I try a new place each time. This was my first stay at La Casona Real, It was a little farther away from the main street then I prefer but still wasnt bad. Ended up it was 5 blocks directly North of the ferry. Be warned there is MAJOR CONSTRUCTION...

I love how close La Casona Real is to the Cozumel ferry! My boyfriend and I were able to walk there with our bags, no problem. It's very close to the attractions of the town - restaurants, bars, the pier, markets - but far enough to be quiet when you want some peace and quiet. Our bed was huge and...

“The Street view rooms are a Little noisy during the day (remenber you are in downtown),, but during the night are pleasantly quiet. The Pool view rooms are quieter during the day unless kids are playing outside. The food at the little restaurant is good and clean prepared, continental breakfast is unexpensive and dinner are mexican style, tacos, meat etc. also you can enter by the pool and/or by the Street, time of operation 8:00 am till 13:00 pm for Breakfast & Lunch then will be closed, open again at 18:00pm till 23:00pm for dinner”
