Not sure about the coffee question but there is a full restaurant and bar there so you can def get drinks at the pool. We even got a welcome drink there when we arrived.

Yes, but you will need to either take cabs everywhere, stay on site and eat, or rent a golf cart for the week.

The chairs and umbrellas are on an upper level. The beach is not even there all the time. In June or August I can't remember which we were there, the steps went directly into the water. YouTube has a video from October 2017... More
