Great location a short walk from the ferry & near all the action of Centro Mujeres but still quiet for a great nights sleep. Only 5 mins walk to the beautiful Playa Norte ... busy but stunning! Newly renovated so everything clean & new. Light, airy & spacious rooms with good aircon as well as small balcony / door for...

We stayed for three nights in February at Hotel Isleño. The staff were friendly and very helpful whenever we had any questions or needs. They use a modern keycard system that turns on/off power to the room when you enter/leave, although the power does stay on for the mini-fridge and perhaps the A/C. We stayed in a room with a...

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely hotel. We didn't book ahead but they accommodated us graciously. We did have to change rooms but they made it as smooth as they could. Both my sister and I had colds so we needed to be in rooms with good ventilation, and they did their best to provide us with the...

We are mid way through our two week stay and are very much enjoying our hotel. First time in isla mujeres we stayed right on the beach witch was great but this time we switched it up to this hotel. It was a good decision. You are only a couple blocks from the beach and a couple blocks from down...

Only a 5 minute walk from the ferry terminal, the location of the hotel is quite convenient. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the main street, but not to far to go and find lunch and dinner. The beach is only a short walk past a few blocks. There are 2 laundries close by if you need...

In general a good hotel in the down town area in Isla Mujeres. Only a 5min walk to the beach and a 2min walk to the main shopping and restaurant street. The rooms were big and clean. I would not say its modern, but it has everything you need and you get good value for money.

We had a room on the first floor just above the reception area and were woken up by the staff in the middle of the night who had a loud conversation in the reception (there was a gap under our door so the noise travelled right into our room). We asked to change room, but unfortunately the other ones were...

Room rates are no reflection on what is offered at this hotel. The bedroom is basic. The 5 gallon container of 'free water' was replaced daily which meant first served best dressed. During our stay i saw only one other couple staying at the hotel but every afternoon the container of water. The rooftop has potential but they've not done...

*Visited April 2016 No complaints at all. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Great location for our first trip to the island. It is within a couple blocks of the grocery store, a bank, the Malecon, Cafe Mogagua, and an OXXO. The walk to the beach was no problem at all. Don't be dissuaded by the low...

I absolutely loved this place. The staff was very attentive, always smiling, and the price for the rooms was completely legit. I was only planning on staying 2 days, but I ended up there all week. It's in a great location, only a few blocks from the beach and restaurants. Everything works in the rooms, it is always clean as...
