The lobby gave the impression that the hotel would be luxurious but in fact the room was dated and definitely gave the impression that it wasn't particularly clean. Blood spatters on the wall beside the beds were not encouraging. Breakfast was fine, with a good selection of foods but unfortunately cold foods were covered with cling film which many guests...

The hotel public areas are beautiful. The rooms, clean and bright. The restaurant is very good. The room was quiet. The locations is close to the main plaza and other central points of interests but not in the middle of it, providing isolation from their noise.

The pictures look great and when you walk in you will be impressed but the second i walked into our bathroom I knew it wasn't clean. I at the time had a cold and i could smell how it smelled like a public bathroom, there were streaks in the toilet and water stains all over the mirror and the floors...

What a splendid entrance to this hotel giving onto a quadrangle courtyard. Beautiful marble everywhere, attractive decoration and comfortable seating. Charming receptionists. A place to park one's car which is a precious advantage so close to the town centre. Everything is within walking distance. But this is where best impressions fade away. We had a small suite. The bed was...

The hotel is quite large which you wouldn't think so from seeing it from the street but once you walk inside you are welcomed by beautifully decorated interior with lush and well manicured garden in the central courtyard. The rooms are also well designed, spacious and most importantly clean, the one we stayed also came with a small balcony. There...

I was quite disappointed by our stay at the Gran Real Yucatan. There were definitely some upsides, including free parking, which is a huge bonus in Centro where street parking is pretty much impossible. Also, the front desk personnel were extremely friendly and helpful and the lobby is absolutely beautiful. But, the experience with our room took away from all...

Very well located and good enough rooms and service. Not luxury but good enough and you wont pay a lot. I think is one of the best deals you can get in downtown Merida. The pool area and restaurant are very nice while rooms are average but very clean.

This hotel is well located in the Colonial district of town and within walking distance of the zocalo, restaurants, shopping and several museums. The place has an impressive lobby and common areas. It was a private home at one time. Once you leave the lobby everything gets less impressive. Our room was VERY clean, adequate in size, but everything was...

The hotel was in a great location, being close to the main square, as well as many nice restaurants. The room was spacious with a very large and comfortable bed, overlooking the pool. The air conditioning worked well, and the wifi was relatively fast. The room also had a television and a safe. The only negative was the bathroom. It...

We loved the pool! We showed up very late and tired from our flight and they were so helpful and welcoming to us! The pool was very nice and they provide towels which was helpful as we forgot to pack any. The room was big and the bed was comfy. They recommended a small place around the corner to have...
