This delightful old property, over 200 years, is located a block from the main plaza in Colonial Merida. Everything is walkable from here. The rooms of course were very dated with high ceilings and balconies, but impeccably clean and updated. In the centre is a courtyard lobby area both upstairs and down. There is a provided breakfast every morning. The...

We stayed at the Hotel Reforma for 7 nights...the hotel, our room and the swimming pool was very clean. We had basic but adequate breakfasts every morning; the staff was friendly and always smiling. And the location was great...close to the Zocalo and close to many restaurants/historic sites/galeries... Cannot beat this place for the value for the money.

This hotel was booked as an extra excursion while we were staying in Playa Del Carmen, it was £20 per night and booked as a base for visiting Merida and Uxmal. What you get is a hotel full of Yucatan character with a feel of bygone times, facilities are limited to pool, sun patios, various communal seating areas in verandas...

This historic hotel is located in a VERY convenient spot in downtown Merida - within walking distance from the center and a stones throw away from many nice restaurants and bars in the area. The ceilings are VERY high, and this gives a very historic, rustic, and quaint feel to the hotel. The sewer systems are a tad rusty but...

We stayed here for just 1 night. Check in was quick and easy. We stayed around the back near the pool area. Room was clean and had all the amenities needed. The guests above us were a bit rowdy but overall was a nice stay. Good location, walking distance to shops and restaurants.

If you're looking for a basic, clean hotel, this will meet your needs. The location is great, close to many restaurants and shops. I had a double room with two beds on the second level. You can hear noise from the courtyard and pool, but people weren't out there much past 11 pm. The bed was firm and comfortable. The...

Only downside is no elevator. Nice room, great location. Right across street is 24 hr Cafe Havana, cheap & good food & coffee. Clean, surprisingly quiet. Part of a tour booking with G Adventures. Would stay again though small for 2. Wifi only in lobby.

We stayed 4 nights in a room close to the pool. Our room was large with 2 double beds small bathroom and low ceiling (7'-6"). By the breakfast area the bedroom ceilings looked to be at least 12' high. For a small fee they served fruit coffee and toast sweet buns with jam honey and peanut butter. The pool was...

We stayed in the family room which had 3 full/queen beds and a sofa. It is on the corner of the building with a lovely double door Juliet balcony. The bathroom was very small. The hotel has beautiful tile work, 20' wood beam ceilings and gorgeous wood doors. It is a bit worn but has very good bones. Breakfast was...

Great location and comfortable bed, but that's really all it has. Service was okay but not really friendly, NO WIFI in the rooms, breakfast is terrible and the rooms are just next to a really noisy street. Towels were dirty. CAN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.
