What a beautiful spot. Lovely courtyard. Then a covered patio overlooking the pool. A tranquil walled garden beyond. We had drinks n lunch. The food was delicious. We're going to go back for a swim. Gay friendly n owned. Nude sunbathing on private roof terrace. Only 6 rooms but the one we saw was tasteful n looked comfortable.

This place was beautiful (colonial mexican hacienda feel), the staff friendly (owners were knowledgable about the town and things to do, and always answered questions with a smile) and great location. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed drinks by the pool daily. Excellent find. Highly recommended.

This renovated mansion is beautifully maintained, service is great, breakfast is a sit down served meal at 9:00 each morning. A drink in the small intimate bar every evening is included with your room. The bar also serves wonderful food several...

Really good lighter food with great drinks. Bartender is really creative with fresh ingredients--he made me a drink with basil he picked right in...

We stayed at Villa Verde for 7 days and had a wonderful relaxing time. Robert and Michael took care of all the details. We felt completely cared for and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Our room was very big and comfortable, the villa is quiet and peaceful, and the location is perfect. It could not have been better.

From the moment we walked into the property (it really should be called paradise in Merida) we were delighted! The owners and staff could not have made us feel more welcome. Their knowledge of the area was spot on! Every tour they coordinated for us down to the directions to the lavanderia (to get some wash done) were perfect. Even...
