We spent 3 nights in this lovely hacienda-type hotel which looks like an old colonial home. Only 9 rooms. Very suitable for families with children. Our room on the ground floor overlooked the small courtyard with swimming pool, most welcome after returning from a day out sight-seeing under the hot Mexican sun! The French receptionist, Louis, (whose English was very...

Quiet, clean, had everything we needed and staff were very polite and helpful, would stay there again! Oh, just the one thing worth noting was that our room (standard room) didn't have a fully closed partition wall between bathroom and bedroom. It is separated but just not fully closed in, so you need to be comfortable with the person you...

I stayed with my wife here 2 nights when visiting Yucatán in our honeymoon. The room was really nice and clean, great location, great breakfast. Everything beautiful. The turnoff was the young French receptionist at the lobby, a guy with a REALLY BAD attitude, who treated us in a shameful and offensive way. He also called a cab for us,...

This hotel was amazing. It is small and quaint and just absolutely lovely. The courtyard and pool are a beautiful site for having the delicious breakfast, the rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also in a beautiful part of town, a short walk from the main cathedral,...

Like staying with family in spacious rooms in a nice small, quiet hotel. High ceilings in the entry room, with tables to sit and work or talk, the garden with a small pool, in which kids can play and you can refresh yourself. Breakfast in the garden... after visiting the crowded city. Cute bar close by as well as up...

Although close to the city center, the place is quiet and charming! The hotel is a former hacienta. There's a small pool in the center of the yard. The rooms are small but most have a fan and A/C. The service is average, though. The receptionist is looks rather disinterested.

The hotel only has nine rooms and our group completely filled all of them. It was like having our own home for a few days. We stayed in the apartment (room #9) that has a living room and kitchen. We had a hammock in the room and my daughter slept in it every night. The rooms are tastefully decorated.

Our three nights at the Marionetas hotel were very enjoyable. Friendly staff and an included breakfast made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Parking is provided in a gated lot directly across the street providing extra peace of mind. Breakfast is basic but sufficient (eggs or pancakes, fruit, coffee and juice). We didn't make use of the courtyard with a...

Expedia had this as a cutesy bed and breakfast, actually it was a made-over house and done poorly. Air conditioning did not work, nor did TV. Thirty...
