I stayed here for 4 days and it was absolutely amazing! First of all, our room had AC and a big bathroom, beds were comfortable and we also had a TV that we never used because we were most of the time out in the city. The staff there is very friendly and helpful in any way. For 75 pesos...

Abosolutely perfect location; around the corner from Parque Santa Ana, a couple of blocks to Paseo de Montejo and an easy walk to the Zocolo. Modest, impeccably clean rooms facing a central courtyard with small pool and loggia. Helpful and courteous staff. This hotel is an excellent value.

I spent almost a month at Hotel Santa Ana and I wanted to stay for much longer. My room on the third floor was simple but clean with good a/c and a TV I never watched, because it was too beautiful outside staring out at the church or sitting downstairs writing in the courtyard. I already miss the staff, who...

I like the location, the staff is friendly, the hotel is cute, colonial style, has a homey feel, and there is a small pool. Furthermore, the room is very clean and has good a/c. Deluxe room also has a small refrigerator. Thus, for a budget option, this is a great choice. However, the room and bathroom do not meet modern...

I don't understand the reviews. I based my choice on them but I was disappointed. The staff is very nice and kind. The location is good. But other than that the room was very poor. Bathroom too. Noisy and not very clean. Wifi mediocre. Sure it was decently cheap but for around the same price you can find better in...

I decided to book this hotel based upon the good reviews here. But, not even these good reviews did it justice!!! This was an AMAZING hotel! From the warm welcomes that you receive each time you enter the doors, to the CLEAN rooms, small tranquil atmosphere, the almost jungle-like feel around the pool area, the open air lounge/dining area -...

We spent just one really hot night in the hotel. The personal was friendly and spoke English. Room was not too spacy but clean and quit. There is a nice small garden inside with a pool. Hotel provides free WiFi. The center is in 15 minutes walk. I recommend you wait at least until 9 PM because of permanent hot...

I was in Santa Ana for only one night but the staff of the hotel made it great, very helpful with informations and very nice. The hotel is close to the center. You just need to walk about 10mn to get there. The only default is that you can hear the noise from outside but apart from that perfect. Simple...

What wonderful staff at this well-located little hotel near Paseo Montejo! I truly felt like a member of the family and even though my ACTUAL family lived just a few blocks away, I looked forward to returning here each day of my nearly two week visit. The breakfasts were tasty, made to order and served with a smile. The two...

Place was good, clean and nothing fancy for the price it was a no brainer. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free wifi service that actually works well. Smoking allowed. Be sure to lock your door if you're having an afternoon delight as the cleaning staff got a little shoe by accident. She didn't knock before opening the door but it...
