After surgery we needed to stay in Merida for 1 week. Las Margaritas was perfect. Right next door to the hospital with everything we needed within 1 block of the hotel. The staff was extremely accommodating and they went out of their way to help us. Downstairs restaurant with room service was really handy. Room are large and clean and... More

I had emergency retina surgery at the Clinica De Merida. It is literally next door to Hotel. After surgery I was wheel chaired to my hotel front door. Very convenient. The rooms are very quiet, clean and very comfortable. Very good price. The restaurant downstairs is excellent and there is room service. There are many restaurants within walking distance. If... This is a small hotel located in the Centro area of Merida. The front desk personnel are friendly and efficient. Our room was a suite on the the third floor with small balcony. Very comfortable King size bed with a kitchenette with a two burner electric stove, hotel type refrigerator, sink and microwave. The room was spacious and clean. The... More

This is a clean, comfortable tourist class hotel located in downtown Cancun. Nothing special, but a good hotel for the price. If you are a light sleeper, try to get a room like mine- in the back away from the pool. The pool area can be noisy in the evenings & outside across the street is a loud bar. It... More

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Our main reason for staying here, was to go to Chichen Itza and experience Cancun for a few days. The majority of our stay was in Akumal...about and hour and a half south. Our room was on the second floor. It was very noisy, but I come prepared and... More

Excellent, clean hotel, with good service. It also featured a very nice little restaurant that served an excellent breakfast. Several locals were eating there (Saturday morning) as well the hotel guests. The restaurant serves lunch/dinner, has a few wines available and was open till 10pm on the night we arrived. We only stayed one night, the night our plane arrived... More

Summary: Hotel Las Margaritas offers exceptional service and very nice facilities. We were in Playa del Carmen during hurricane Wilma, and were sent to Merida when the weather permitted travel. Many other tourists were also sent to Merida and so room availability in the city was very limited. I identified Hotel Las Margaritas as a hotel that I wanted to... More
