We got there on Sat. July 18 and left on Tuesday July 21 -2015. Check in was very easy, this hotel is very quiet, the whole hotel is so clean, nice to seat outside, my kids enjoy the hamacas and the pool, which it was very clean. The location is fantastic, we stayed in the Santa Lucia Park past midnight...

Well designed hotel with large rooms and comfortable bed but no quite 4 star. We arrived at 2.15pm when the temperature was 38 degrees but the surly, officious young receptionist wouldn't let us into the room until exactly 3pm. The shower temperature was variable, ie not often hot enough. As we had tea instead of coffee as part of our...

I've visited Merida many times through the years and decided I wanted a little nicer place than I stayed before but still in the same area. Casa Lucia fit the bill perfectly. The people at the desk were always friendly and helpful. Offered us a cold drink when we arrived. Breakfast was included and quite satisfactory with a choice of...

I liked this hotel and its location. It is a short walk to the main square and it is easy to experience the culture of Merida as many events occur at the main square. The room was large, the bed comfortable, the bathroom good. The decor is very tired and our room needed paint and a good cleaning above the...

We were initially a little disappointed: small pile of dirt under the air conditioner, bathroom looking a little run down, safe didn't work (or at least we couldn't figure out how). By the time we left 3 nights later we were hooked though, and would definitely return. The bed was newer and very comfortable. The rooms were extremely spacious, and...

Pleasant stay, very good and kind service provided by small but very efficient staff. Excellent location, ideal to know Mérida Centro (downtown), with almost everything of interest in walking distance (cathedral, market, museums, parks, cantinas, restaurants, etc.).

We have stayed at this hotel twice based on the recommendation of good friends. The location is excellent, directly across from a lovely square that had many restaurant choices and was very popular with the locals and tourists. Be sure to plan on attending the fiesta in the courtyard presented every Thursday @ 8:00 am but get there early for...

The rooms were nice with a touch of Spanish decor. A welcome drink after a long day of travel was really appreciated. A friendly staff that actually helps you. It is also close to the center which is very important!
