Lovely hotel with comfortable rooms in a very central location. Our bathroom was a bit small for comfort but apart from that it was a very enjoyable stay. The staff are incredibly warm and friendly and the hammocks by the plunge pool were great to hang out in.

The hotel is in a great location. The building itself is architecturally gorgeous although when you really look into it feels like I want to get a water hose and clean to get the splendor out of the walls. The rooms are simple, which I expected but the bathroom was pretty disappointing. The part that made the bathroom very unfortunate...

The location is really good. A few steps from everything.I stayed there with a friend for the weekend in a King bedroom. It is ok, but I believe you can find a a better hotel for the price or a cheaper place for the conditions. Although the hotel does have a small restaurant and a pool, ir is very practicall...

We spent six days here in November 2015. The location is perfect, right on Calle 60 less that a block from the city's main plaza. It's a short walk to nearby restaurants and the plaza, where there are numerous nighttime events like concerts. On our first night we were given a large windowless room with a large bathroom. It was...

This hotel has a great location. It is right off the central square, near the market and convenient to all of Merida. The room was charming, romantic and very Mexico. This is not a chain hotel. Those expecting that type of hotel will probably be disappointed. Note the word "boutique" in the name. Our only issue was an early departure...

Just got back from a 3 night stay at Piedra de Agua and a trip to Merida. The hotel was wonderfully charming. The old building is lovely and provided us with the exact respite we needed. The garden was perfect for coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. Beautifully lit, gorgeous plants, with the Cathedral in view. We...

Very old and outdated place. Far more expensive than suggested. No towels until 7pm etc. the pictures on the website do not represent the reality at all. Location is good. In the aera you can find far better hotels for less money Just don't go there!

Checked into the hotel April 2015. We were taken to our double room on the third floor the size of a shoe box with no WINDOWS. We said this was not acceptable. They told us all of their double rooms are without windows. Then they gave us a room on the second floor that had a balcony but again was...
