Every attention to detail, and your needs are meet! We loved staying here, the service is amazing!!! The breakfast included is made to order, with fresh fruit and fruit smoothies. The staff here left you wanting nothing, I will definitely be back to stay here.

I loved the hotel staff and the hospitality. Very young environment filled with music and food/bar! It's again so close to the beach and walking plaza! Hotel does provide decent breakfast and the toiletries (which i loved)!! Expect the hotel located on the main road I have no companions on this hotel!

Wonderful staff and facility. However, there is a bar/restaurant located across the street. Music during the day is not very loud. About 10:00 PM they turn up synthesized music extremely loud until 1:00 AM to 3:00 AM. A lot of singing and cheering. If you like to party this is a great spot. If you have a tour at 6:00...

We regret that the location of the hotel was not to your liking, when you choose a hotel on Fifth Avenue has advantages like being a short distance from the best restaurants and shops.

We spent two weeks at Casa Ticul and it was just exactly what we wanted! The whole staff was wonderful (this is the staff that I would want if I had my own boutique hotel). The bed was so very comfortable. The rooms were sparkling clean. The air conditioner was always chilly. Breakfast on the roof was unique and excellent...

This hotel is very well located, right in the middle of 5th Avenue and surrounded by a bunch of restaurants, bars and things to do. The beach is about a couple of blocks away and they give you tickets and towels to the beach clubs. Breakfast is delicious! I would definitely stay here again in my next visit to Playa...

Great hotel. We came across it on our last trip to Playa. We booked based on trip advisor reviews. Varinka and Daniel made us feel right at home. Starting with the check in process they sit you down offer you a beverage and explain to you the hotel amenities and rules. Then they escort you to your room. We had...

This hotel did not disappoint, located right on 5th Avenue on the quieter end of the strip, the hotel is fun and includes a nice breakfast. You are minutes away from the beach and around the corner from an excellent seafood restaurant called El Pirata. If you love seafood like I do, you will pay this place many visits. Across...
