My 28 year old son and I spent a week here to attend the OHL Mayakoba Classic on a tight budget. The location is excellent and the staff are nice. The hotel is a bit run down and could use an infusion of cash to do some renovation. My first impression was not so good but the place and people...

I booked the junior suite for two nights. It was very spacious and clean. Of course there it's not very luxury but for the price of 30€ per night ok. I wouldn't recommend it for honeymoon but to stay there to visit playa del Carmen I would definitely do it again.

I only stayed here for one night, it was cheap but for the price the only thing that I expected was for it to be clean, it was super dirty, it has a good location, if they painted the walls and do a little remodeling the hotel would be a lot different.

Its being remodeled... Paid 35 dollars for a queen size bed one of the "old" rooms. It was ok. The location is awesome! Only spent one night. Did not even had a reservation but the staff was very helpful. The bed and bathroom were nothing special but did the job.

Went with 4 people during the busy xmas time. Location is Excellent and doesn`t get any better. That would be the only reason to stay here. We stayed on the third floor which had a leaky roof over the bathroom as it had just rained. Bathroom smelled mouldy but was functional. Fridge worked, but stove did not and in fact...

I made the mistake of pre-booking this hotel and paying what I think turned out to be way over the odds at 1000MXN a night. The rooms are tired and dusty, although the shower was ok. The roof had a leak in the hallway right belong the bottom of a staircase and unfortunately for us it rained the first day...

This place is pretty special! Really you should only consider it as a last resort or if they're offering the room very cheaply. For me it was the former. I was staying in Playa over new year and hadn't booked anywhere and this was the only place left with room. The location is excellent. Just one road back from 5th...

If you want value for your money stay away from this place. Bathroom is all moldy. The sheet looked as somebody slept there already. We asked them to change them, the nice girl at the reception said yes but when we came back a couple of hours later they were not. So we asked them again, after a while a...

Service was fantastic that's the only reason for the one. Everyone especially the lady at front desk is so helpful upbeat and made a horrible situation bearable. Hotel is in dire need of updates and repair. Towels, sheets, walls, curtains stained. No water pressure at all i unfortunately paid for all 4 nights-over $300 and had to stay. I dreaded...
